I went to the Downtown location a couple of months ago and had great customer service. I had called ahead and spoke to a salesperson about the types of products I was looking for and she was even prepared with items for me to look at when I walked in.

I agree with other reviewer. Sales person who helped us had a bad cough and should have stayed home from work. Will try Bellevue store

Purchased items from Bellevue and downtown. I recommend Bellevue. The service in the downtown location does not match the quality of the product they sell. Even after spending hundreds on hardware - they still can't be bothered to say thank you or smile. Rude.
