Childish Things used to be the place to go for everything your kiddos needed, like everything possible. They always had full racks, and awesome employees. They buy from you & it's easy to get store credit or even cash. Unfortunately it seems like the store has become a typical seattle business, supporting pride and advertising it like they want to teach the kids something. The owner is something else & has been for years, sad to see the old employees go. Thankfully there's much better places to go to that are just like this!

Great consignment store with a wide variety of selection. The new owners are very helpful and knowledgeable and we’re very excited to continue our long standing patronage. Their team was extremely helpful and courteous in identifying clothing for our kids along with a much needed birthday gift for a very particular child! 5 ⭐️

TL;DR: don't come here looking for plus-sized clothes, or even above 1XL. At first, this feels like a great place to find maternity wear and baby/toddler clothes, toys, and other stuff for early parents. I came in looking for clothes in 2X for my third trimester, but they didn't seem to have any. When I asked the person behind the counter if they had any clothes in 2X, and she seemed surprised at the question. She told me "If we have any, they'd be with the XLs" and that their selection is limited because they "take consignments from the community." I wish they did more to be inclusive, because I probably won't shop here.

I absolutely love Childish Things. It's been my go-to spot for baby/toddler clothes, books, and gifts since my daughter was born. I've found some gems (!), all in great condition and at great prices. The staff is so nice and helpful. They have everything you need, and if they don't, they'll notify you when they get it in stock. 5/5 recommend!

We are big fans of Childish Things in our house! Everyone who works there that we've encountered has been so lovely and kind. Prices are fair for used items and consistent with the market for brand new. They have s lot of stock with new items coming in regularly and it's been so nice for us and our new baby to shop there.

Love this store! Well curated, quality preowned clothing and toys, as well as unique new items, baby gear, and maternity.They came in clutch for me this Holiday season with their extensive preowned American Girl dolls, doll clothing, and accessories. Even some stuff like new in the original boxes! Saved me a ton of money on presents and I got to support local. Win win. Thank you!?

Workers are friendly enough. The items for sale and resale are pricey! $65 for a (used, albeit new condition) kids jacket. They are very selective in what they consign.

Love this shop with a mix of resale and new items! You’ll find maternity, baby, and children’s items here. They have a good variety of selection and the store is very clean and well organized. The staff is kind and helpful. I haven’t tried it yet, but they buy back items for credit to the store.

A gem of a kiddo store! Prices are reasonable and the store is very clean and organized. There's a mixture of new and excellent resale goods to browse through, and they even have a play area for the little ones to keep them entertained while you shop. Will definitely come back!

This is my favorite place to shop for kids stuff! They have a ton of our favorite brands (Magnetic me, posh peanut, Kickee pants, Kate Quinn, goumi, etc.) all in amazing used condition. It feels like we're shopping at a boutique but getting a deal at the same time! It's been a great way to discover new brands too. They are quite particular with what they buy, so if you plan on selling double check their website before you go!
