Pacific place is a complete shell of its former self. I remember walking around this mall during the holidays storefronts everywhere people it was great. Now it's an empty mall with the only draw being the restaurants and movie theater on the top floor. I visited this last week and ended up getting my catalytic converter stolen out of my car. Haven't heard anything back since and this apparently was the seventh time within the past month this has happened. I don't think cutting out a catalytic converter is a 5 minute job so I would hope security gets stuff figured out. Will not be coming back here.

Definitely not worth to shop here the biggest store they had was Nordstrom everything else was empty as you can see from the photos not worth the time to go here as business is obviously slow.

It's alright... but it's now the type of place you yo to if you know for sure that you want something specific from one of the few remaining stores. Out of 5 floors, the most full floor is only about half full, there are two floors that only have a couple of shops left. It is a very nice place, well kept, very clean and I feel safe being in there (truly an accomplishment given the current condition of downtown Seattle as a whole)

Ordered 2 orders of mango sticky rice and did not arrive. Only Saif was out on receipt and no reimbursement. Other wise food was good, just mildly frustrating with no call from resteraunt when items were not available.

It was great service. The food was excellent! The prices are good, not too expensive like in neighbourhood restaurants .

More than half of the stores here are closed. Otherwise, gorgeous Central atrium. This mall is empty. So if you want a quiet, relaxing space then come here.

Driver left our order at the sidewalk, far from our house, ignoring our instructions to leave on our porch and ring doorbell. Order of white rice was missing.

Good place to park but the mall itself is a victim of the crime and downfall of Downtown Seattle. A once bustling mall is now mostly confined to a Lululemon on the first floor and some restaurants and a theater on the top floor. The restaurants it does contain are quite good and as I said the parking is huge and very convenient (cheap if you arrive before 9am) but other than that not many other reasons to be here.

Consider this mall as a parking lot plus amc and nothing more. Post pandemic this mall has become very secluded and people barely visit it . This is in the middle of Seattle downtown. Most often I myself come here only for amc to watch movies . Otherwise I would totally avoid it . Mid ight cookies is another place to come for. Otherwise you can avoid this mall ..

Fun mall with lots of fun photo ops. Good food choices, we love Din Tai Fung and Midnight Cookie Co. It’s the perfect place for date night- dinner and a movie. the movie theater has two stories, each floor has its own concession bar!

Great place for after the movies or before depending on your time availability. We always eat at the Hamburger place Jonny Rockets? I think. The fries are always great and the burgers do not disappoint. They're incredible. My son loves the hotdogs and fries. I opt for the burger...and eat off of his fries...he hates that?
