After I left the store is in shambles. This employee here is going to be reason the store gets robbed. And get a whole new manager at this store Jason Lee is not equipped to handle this store. A lot of my customers told me they did not like him.

Even though my extra miles card didn't work, she gave me two other coupon options. That is rare in a gas station store! The fountain soda here is great .

Passed by after work to grab a Red Bull and use the restroom. Logically, I wanted to use the restroom before I made my purchase. The front counter employee kindly directed me. As I went toward it the manager rudely says it’s for “customers only”. “That’s fine, I am here to make a purchase”. “Where is your car”? She replied. Really??? That in my opinion is just so rude and unprofessional. I bought my Red Bull just to make my point anyways. Terrible customer service on the manager’s part.

I live a few blocks from this gas station and now go out of my way to avoid it. Employees are usually on their phones or dismissive when ringing you out or asking about a product. Fuel pump supplies are gross and rarely stocked. Not sure if this location is a hot spot for terrible employees, but the attached McDonald's is just as bad.

This place is indeed fast but they have the bedside manner of that seen in the IRS office. Actually I would argue that the tax office people are much warmer. There are many urgent clinics in town so no need to set foot in this morgue again.

I brought my dad in with a bleeding hand as he had been attacked by a raccoon. We walked in and their first question was, "Do you have an appointment?" Since a raccoon attack wasn't in our plans, I said no. So then the receptionist said we would have to wait an hour because other people who made an appointment MIGHT show up. (This place is called Immediate Care Clinic, right?!) There was no one waiting in the lobby but there were three staff members standing around when we walked in, one of which was a nurse. Since bleeding for an hour wasn't an option, we left to find care elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place simply because patient care is not a priority for them!

The worst customer service and worst patient care. They don't even care about the reason why you are in there. The doctor feels like it is a complete hassle to care so they call in other people to do basic care and won't even let them do their job fully. Are you guys on a budget? Are you going for the bitchiest care award? Does my wife have to break down there and cry to get the sincere care she deserves?! My wife and I will promote not ever going to you guys ever. I hope everyone sees this and immediately realize what a mistake it will be to even consider going there. Your lucky my wife talked me down from going in there and yell at the doctor and front staff. Oh, yeah, d*** as F... staff who don't know how insurance works. As a medical professional I'm surprised you guys are in business still.

I do not agree with their pay up front bs. I want to be seen, not worry about a 200 dollar bill. Yes. That is what they asked me to pay at urgent care. Is this ER or urgent care? Price ridiculous. I'll pass. Also manager not helpful.

This place is garbage. Don't think just because you called or made an appointment online that you actually have an appointment. I sat there for an hour and a half before being seen by a nurse, then waited more for a doctor. They prescribed me a medicine I had told them I was allergic to. When my partner had testing done, they LOST his URINE and made him come back again. They don't call with test results when they say they will. They screwed up my insurance info so I got a $400 bill I didn't actually owe. I'm sure there's more. Save yourself the trouble and go to Zoom Care.

Amanda and Lea (office manager) are condescending and unprofessional. Lea does not care at all about how you feel about your experience here. They forget that they are dealing with people that are in pain and discomfort. Waits are too long. I highly recommend you go somewhere else! Do not waste your time.
