Went there recently to close my debit card account, because I have lost close to $350.00 from fraud charges, causing my checking account to be charged overdraft charges. They didn't help me close the account, I had to do that online. I'd recently had fraud notices from them, but if I acknowledge with a yes, my debit card is canceled and it takes a week to get a new debit card ? how do I get gas, food, etc etc. Since 11/04 I've lost $850.00. Being robbed by Arrowhead Gardens, fraudulent debit charges, overdraft charges caused by those events! And I'm getting very frustrated ? because I'm a mobile homeless 78 years old guy, trying to survive a cold winter.

3 employees on the floor and two behind the counter. I wait in line, and when it's my turn the teller told me she cannot help with cash transactions. Id have to wait in line again and eait for the other teller. The other teller was nice and efficient.Seems like everyone at this branch is focused on the acts and processes and not on the customer experience.If I hadn't been to other branches and experienced better, I probably would have assumed that this is just the way it is.

No greetings and only one teller available who was highly rude. Manager seemed to not want to be available to assist hiding behind wall, while other employees sat around watching.

Unprofessional and very rude almost like they didn't want to be there doing what they get paid to do wouldn't recommend this location said they were busy to help me at all and they had no one in their lobby but 1 person

Extremely poor costumer service. They don't answer their phone and have no means to leave a message. They don't show up for appointments. No on-site management to discuss issues. And no place on Chase website to voice concerns. Would give negative stars if I could.

This branch lives up to their ratings. My experience was awful. I had scheduled a meeting prior, I show up but had to wait over half an hour later for my scheduled meeting. Ill give you the benefit of 5-10minutes but any longer what's the point..

Awful Chase Bank service. Today they brought me to high pressure. They really bullied me. Someone is withdrawing money from my account - yesterday I came to the bank to help me stop the theft from my debit account. The bank clerk, Nicole, told me to come the next day. I came again the next day. Again Nicole did not want to help me, she chewed gum loudly and told me to call the place where my money was being stolen. She didn't even want to open the computer until I became indignant and nervous. Then the manager came and he was also in no hurry to help me and also advised me to call those who steal my money myself. My English is poor - I am convinced that it was for this reason that they did not want to help me. My next step is to contact the BBB.

It give negative stars. But this was the only option. I've been with chase id say for about a decade anyways. My biggest problem with them is i had problems cashing my check. I contacted customer service. The agent was great. I cant remember their name or id commend them helping me. Anyways they told me that I needed to go yo my local chase branch To try to fix the dispute. So I go down there explain the problem that I'm having. First thing is they were looking at my as if I had lost my mind. Talked down yo me as if I was a second class citizen then out right refuted to help me.I then called customer service again to explain my problem. Even thought I was explicitly told to do this. I got a hold of them and I was taken through the usual process giving my name accout #and pin. Then the cusomer service agent asks for my social security number, i thought okay...I let them know that I'll need to find it with in my filing cabinet anf it may take a little bit. about 5 minutes went by and they just hung up on me. Like what the hell, that speaks volumes about your values when it comes to serving your account holders when they need the help.So i called back and reached an agent... th we y pretty much told me information I was already aware of so I go in to greater detail about my predicament and they rudly interrupted me pretty much telling me that there is nothing they can do for me. So I guess I'm SOL.Thankfully my employer is a great person and they are writing me a new check. But the catch is im not going to be banking with chase anymore, ive never felt so embarrassed humiliated and helpless. Thanks to their way of banking. Ill just take my money somewhere else if they don't want to help me. And I doubt that corporate will read any of these reviews but I think a major restructuring of your branches is very much needed. Thats just bad banking.Don't go to chase they are terrible and you deserve better then them.

Michelle and Aaron were both so amazing and helpful!
