There are big problems trying to do business with this branch of Chase. There is no branch manager or other person with authority at this site, so when things start to go wrong, as they sometimes do in banking - the customer is just out of luck. They say it's going to take 2 to 3 days to fix the problem.What a perfectly awful customer experience.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. My online transfers were not going thru, and everyone is out to lunch. No one could help me. Seriously, everyone is at lunch at 10:45?? Completely b******** Do not waste your time here no one has the know how and professionalism to handle your needs.

I have never been the type of person to take the time to write bad reviews, but I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my experience over the past two weeks. My debit card was stolen from me and I called to cancel my current debit and order a new one. My card should have been here within the first week. It's been over two weeks going on three and I still haven't received my new debit card in the mail. The weather conditions have been horrible here in Seattle due to the snow, so chase branches have been closed. This has been frustrating because I haven't received my new card, therefore I can't even pull out money from the ATMs. I went into the 3820 Rainer Ave Branch only to find out my debit card had not been ordered yet. Not only that, I received lackadaisical customer service from both Margaret Frost and the branch manager Viet Q Fam. Instead of being helpful they gave me the run-around and I am upset that they didn't bother to mention that I could have had a temporary debit card throughtout these past couple of weeks while I waited on mine. They didn't apologize, and gave me the impression as if I was an inconvenience to them. I could maybe understand if it were busy, but I was the only person in there. I have been banking with chase for the past 8 years, and I will surely be looking elsewhere to bank thanks to the customer service I have received.

Highly recommend Yang and Viet as relationship and personal bankers. We had great customer service from them both. We really felt like they listened to us and worked hard to give exemplary service.

I have experienced the worst customer service ever at this branch.... Especially their manager Ronald. I have provided 3 different Identification and still I cant get money from my account. I left my bankcard at home so I went to this branch because it said CHASE and this Big guy telling that i can not do anything for you because I don't know you so there is nothing I can do for you. He needs to be removed from his position due is luck of customer service.

I was very leery of corporate banks after bailing them out so I planned on "dumping" Chase but have never had a reason to. This branch in particular is very convenient and now that you can deposit cash and checks you don't even need them to be open for this type of transaction. Also, everyone is very friendly! Chase has only been a means for me to access cash when I'm in another state so as long as they don't start charging me for stupid things like talking to a teller or using the ATM x number of times then I'm happy. :)

Chase refuses to notarize my paperwork because I'm a African American.... They didn't even ask if I had a account with them... they told me to go to a UPS store Or FedEx... what a shame 2014...
