I am a legal black young immigrant and had the worst experience in my life! The manager and the operator in the office didn’t want me to open account in their branch regardless of providing all the documents needed for it! The lady left me more than 3 times to serve other walk in customers leaving me aside! I have never been disrespected and discriminated like i did in thin branch!

It a fairly good chase location, great for convenience in the district, the staff and security are great/helpful. From what other reviews have said they can't do all the capabilities as full chase location.

International District Chinatown Seattle, WA branch by uwajimaya. Amanda at cashbox#04 was very courteous. She was very patient as well. She needs a raise!

Limited functionality of a bank. Cannot accept foreign currency coins , they ask the customer to count USD change to deposit and put coins in rolls before they can accept. Not sure how chase operates this location

Regret banking with Chase since 2009. Pandemic was the only way to engage bankers here since 3/2020, yet they can't do anything to accommodate a wire transaction unless you're inside the bank. Despite my mobility issues (and already wasted 20 min for 3 cars ahead of me), I park and go inside only to be told they can't complete my request because blah blah blah... They weren't trying to do their job really makes me question... Do they know what their job is??! Closed all my Chase accounts yesterday never to do biz with Chase again. Find another bank!

I was recently issued a counterfeit $20 bill. I went to buy groceries and had to go through this whole process. I wonder how much money laundering is done at this location.

I give 4 stars just because this branch is very noisy and when you are having meeting with the manager, there is no privacy, people easily can hear you, or see private information on screen.But I wanna noticed, that manager Wen Hui Chen, was very helpful, she answered all my questions in detail, she helped me to update my information, consulted me about credit cards and helped me to chose the right one for me, also, she helped me to apply for a card. Exceptional service, she is professional, she made me feel as I’m very valuable client! Thank you!

This particular branch is located inside Uwajimaya in Chinatown, a very convenient location to get your grocery shopping done at the same time of banking. Three windows with three bankers, but only one of them is serving customer at the time of my arrival. I waited a while before the other banker noticed me and stepped up to offer her service. The service itself is fast and professional, no complaints here.
