I miss when this place was a bank, not an empty ikea showroom. Someone that wants my small business so bad certainly doesn’t provide the change (cash change) required to run it. This is a fancy house for an atm. They should bring the bank back. The people I did speak to were helpful in the the limited way they were able to. More employees, less lamps please.

Finally it has landed! Exactly what we need. Friendly, fast, convenient, cozy, interactive, and well suited for our high tech needs. A bank branch that's innovative and far from traditional high counter tellers. With eye catching signage, warm interior finishes inspired by evergreen state wood surfacing, accent area rugs and comfy furniture options, this branch is a leap into the future of banking. Amenities are WiFi, phone charging docks and options of seatings where one can interact with the banker and so on. Even the cash machines are innovative that can provide dollar bills if needed along with convenient foreign exchanges. Can't wait to visit again when the linear fireplace install is complete.

Terrible experience with Chase, Had fraudulent charges in San Francisco - They told me to contact the merchant myself no help, left my account available for MORE fraud. These people do not care about you just your money. Taking my money out and going to BECU .

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Seattle and had the pleasure of meeting Kayla at the 2nd Ave branch. Kayla was not only friendly and genuinely kind but very competent and excited about the innovative technologies that will be rolling out at this branch in the next few months. I believe that hiring top notch people create loyalty and I commend Chase Bank for hiring Kayla!
