I went there a couple of times and purchased at least 50K in Chanel and they are one of the most impolite and rude boutique I’ve ever been into. The lady named Sahar would literally stared at me with her eyes and she would browse me up and down. I ask her if this bag has any other color , she just said no. Without any other recommendations on similar items. I ended up getting 2 pairs of earrings with her and I wanted it to be on 2 receipts. She said you didn’t tell me sooner so now I have to do it all over again and she roll her eyes…. I highly recommend spending money somewhere else. We as customers don’t deserve this kind of service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chanel boutique in downtown Seattle with my wife, and we were blown away by the exceptional service we received, particularly from sales associate Ryan Abe.
From the moment we stepped into the store, the ambiance was sophisticated and welcoming. The displays were impeccably curated, showcasing the latest Chanel collections in all their luxurious glory. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was Ryan's attentive and personalized approach.
Ryan greeted us warmly and took the time to understand my wife's preferences and style. With his vast knowledge of the Chanel brand and an eye for detail, he expertly guided us through the various offerings, highlighting the unique features and craftsmanship of each piece. His genuine passion for the brand was evident, and he eloquently explained the details behind every design.
What truly set Ryan apart was his ability to anticipate our needs before we even expressed them. He carefully curated a selection of items tailored to my wife's tastes, making the decision process effortless and enjoyable. His patient and unhurried demeanor allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty and quality of each piece, without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
Ryan's outstanding customer service extended beyond the initial purchase. The Chanel boutique in downtown Seattle is undoubtedly a destination for luxury and sophistication, but it was Ryan Abe's exceptional service that truly elevated our visit to an unforgettable experience. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth exemplify the epitome of luxury customer service. We cannot recommend him and the Chanel Seattle store highly enough.

Horrible service. They have a gate by the entrance and don’t let you even enter the store without an appointment. My wife got a handbag from this brand as a gift but the chain is too long, and needs a tiny clip to fit her. The first time we tried to go there they wouldn’t let us in without an appointment (even though we didn’t need to buy anything) so we had to came back again the next week with an appointment. However, even though we had the brand new bag still in its box, they wouldn’t give the clip without a receipt (even though it was a gift). Moral of the story, we’re buying a no-brand clip at Amazon ($5) and will never consider shopping at this “luxury” brand.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Chanel Seattle and working with Stephanie. She is so knowledgeable and really tailors to each client! She has helped myself and two other good friends purchase our dream Chanel bags. Every interaction and shopping experience is seamless! Stephanie’s communication and customer service is top tier, she really represents Chanel so well. When I went to pick up one of my bags, another SA Katie helped me while Stephanie was working with other clients and Katie was so helpful and friendly, I appreciated how she treated my 1 year old daughter with so much love. You won’t be disappointed with the Chanel Seattle boutique, I promise! I have been and will be recommending Stephanie to everyone I know. Highly recommend!!!

Went here after school with my mom and her friends (I refer to them my aunties btw) since they were in town and wanted to look around for themselves and gifts for us; as well as my mom wanting to get something there for herself and I as well. We were mostly ignored while browsing at first until my auntie went to one of the ladies by the wallets for help with colors. They seemed pretty okay until my aunties were deciding which ones they wanted and one decided they wanted the less-pricey option simply bc she preferred the design better for herself. The lady seemed rlly disappointed in her choice and tried pushing her to go for the other option; however, I knew she only chose that option for likes bc the caviar texture matched most of her other purses so it seemed like a clear preference option. However, that lady really continued to kinda glare and seemed kinda pissed at my other auntie for not getting what she wanted her to. I was looking at the scarves display in the meanwhile and asked another employee inquiring about it; however, she ignored me. I mean I am just a teenager and I was still wearing my school uniform when I came; however that was just very rude. She was aware too I was wanting to purchase as she suggested my mom go look at the scarves while I was next to her and my mom telling me to go look there if I was interested while she checked something else. Very disappointed in their behavior. The only people they seemed willing to talk and service were my mom and one of my aunties. They were rude to me and my other aunt and completely ignored the other which made her take her business to Gucci. Honestly, please do not come here unless you want to be hounded by gold diggers. Hermes was much more welcoming towards me when I left mid way to explore; and was pleasantly welcomed and given a nice explanation of the display and this season's design concepts. I felt very welcomed and encouraged by the lady to check it out and was not judged at all when I wanted to purchase. So happy I did! Overall 0/10 location. My mommy may have been fine with no qualms but this cashmere scarf is the only sign of purchase I will have with this store. You should take your Chanel business somewhere else.

I had a wonderful two time in person experience at this location. No line to get in and the sales associates are all so sweet and collaborative with each other. Some luxe stores have upturned noses in major cities, but this team is the best. Ryan and Andres are a great pair and sold me two amazing bags I'll cherish forever. They had their team help package a bag's box to my home as a customized experience because the box was too big for me to travel home with.With my remote experience , my reps are responsive to text and extremely helpful with transactions. Kudos to this small team in Seattle. Love you!

Anyone who shops here is a dummy! Who would spend SO much on any brand??? You know these items are still made in China probably for less then 600% of what you are spending here! The rest goes to unhealthy anorexic role models. You are supporting an industry of vanity that abuses factory workers, models and corrupts peoples thinking into thinking fashion is for some reason important. Just to look cool, for your friends that only appreciate you for your looks and money instead of you? Grow up, quit your shopping addiction and save your money for something useful! ??

At any Chanel boutique, service can be hit or miss. This one so far I’ve encountered 2 not so friendly SA. But the rest are pretty good. Only time will tell. It is a small boutique. Go to Vegas if you want the full experience with lots of selection.

Shout out to the SA and security guard on the floor this morning (04/07/23) who were extremely kind, patient and enthusiastic with my 9yr old daughter who wanted to come in the boutique and browse today and ask ‘how much is this?’ - it made her day! I made it clear I wasn’t purchasing today (unusually) and we were dressed extremely low key and yet they still treated us amazingly A+++++++ customer service
