Samantha is ALWAYS pleasant and, in general, willing to bring you closer to your loan needs. It doesn't always happen, but she makes the effort.

It's a nice pawn shop. I pawned a PS4 and wasn't happy with the money they gave me for it that's why I only put 4 stars. Other than that the service was fast and professional. I would definitely recommend this business.

I am disgusted with the employees and establishment. I recently went here to get my laptop. I was told that I could not get a receipt and if I wanted a receipt I needed to call the police. All of these employees as well as this establishment as a whole is absolute criminal! I hope everyone here goes to jail and I hope they get shut down for unethical business practices. Do not pawn anything here do not go here to purchase anything because they are going to try and ROB you and not leave you with any evidence of your transaction! I had to forcefully make them hand write me a receipt and I had to take a picture of the employee.

Customer service is atrocious. They never answer the phone, and they close the store randomly during business hours. They don’t communicate; I lost an item due to them mixing up dates. I saw one employee smoking either meth or fentanyl on foil out back with a homeless person.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen out of all of your stores. It was like the employees were showing us the door just as we walked in. The employees were slovenly and unkempt. That's putting it nicely. We are an upper middle class mixed race couple so asked to see manager who eventually came out from the back rubbing her eyes and explosive like we had just woke her from her mid-morning nap. She said three clever sayings to let us know we were not her preferred clientele and we weren't welcome before she even took a look at we were trying to sell.she was a small African American woman with long braids and attitude. We were trying to sell some tools and some recreational equipment and had much more in the car but she wasn't interested in hearing about it as she headed to the back with her back to us. We went to one of your other locations and once they saw all of the stuff we couldn't take with us on our international move they were falling all over themselves to assist us. You should get the people from the Renton location to manage the first location we went to because great customer service is not spoken in that store. When and if I get back to the Seattle area it will be a cold day in hell before I deal with that inept bunch for sure I give them minus five stars if I could don't waste your time going to that shop as I watched disgruntled customers leave after us . Treated as poorly as we were.

Their least busy time an no one answers the phones. I've been calling for an hour. So sad they closed MLK store, don't expect anything different from the higher ups no answer and a bunch of vms

Anyone with an iPhone entering their store location into Apple Maps will be told they're open until 7PM. They're not, so don't waste your time. The store has done nothing to address this with Apple Maps and any iPhone user trying to go here will arrive, walk up to the locked doors, and get pissed off. I told an employee locking up and they just told me to go to the cash America website for hours. But the common person will not do that, they'll see the hours on the maps app and go there to find they're closed.

This location had my review taken down. They will lowball you on your items then contact Google to have your review removed. Shame on you. Avoid at all costs.

The communication problems they have of not talking and getting very detailed and wasting my time cuz I came down there for nothing when they just told me no when they could have said that over the phone
