Always able to help my dogs with anything. Hard to get appointments soon, but don’t have any issues. Just keep an eye on schedule.

I have been here just once, so I will edit my review if anything changes. So far, I give it 5 starts. Doctor was patient, answered all my questions. Both doctor and tech took good care of my nervous pet. I look forward to continuing to count on this vet hospital for my pet.

This review is long overdue. In 2020, I brought my beloved beagle-basset mix to this clinic due to intestinal issues. After numerous tests and expenses, I was told she had a rectal tumor and couldn't defecate. I was given the choice of an expensive operation with poor outcomes or euthanasia. Not wanting her to suffer, I chose euthanasia. However, I was then informed I couldn't be with her due to COVID restrictions. I had to take her to a more expensive emergency clinic across town, costing nearly four times more. There was no way I was going to have her last moments be by herself with strangers, so I swallowed the cost and have never regretted that decision.
This clinic's handling of the situation was heartless and added to my grief. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

We see Dr. Kraabel, and he’s definitely one of the most personable veterinarians I’ve ever worked with. He genuinely seems to care about me, about my pet, and I never feel like I am being rushed out of the door. The techs are great, too, and I like that I can schedule via their app.

Every Vet and vet tech we have seen here has been great. They spend the time with you and your pets. Bonus us there is a separate cat sitting area, entrance, and room.

Happy every time I visit. Most recent visit was this past Monday. Sunday my dog was obviously not feeling well. I left a VM Sunday night & received a callback before they even opened. The Vet Assistant was so friendly & kind & the Dr was just wonderful. My pets are always well cared for.

The team at Cascade has provided care for my dogs since we had to switch providers during the pandemic as our previous vet was unable to see any of our sick pets in less than three weeks. Cascade has always been able to fit us in promptly and the staff is top-notch. Doctors always take time to talk through everything, which I appreciate as someone who has vet med experience and wants to explore all the options. We are relocating abroad now so we must say goodbye to Cascade, but as a final huge help they moved mountains to get my pup's expensive refrigerated medication across the US when we forgot it on our cross-country trip relocating. Thank you to the entire team for all the years of service and care for our beloved pups. Lots of love from Winnie, Riley, Olive, Rikku, & of course their humans Chantell and Marcus.
