Just finished signing my 8th consecutive 3 year lease, at Carter Subaru, for a brand new Forester. Everything went very smooth. This time around my sales rep was James Bennett and he was a big reason way the whole process was easy. I highly recommend him and Carter Subaru!

Our family is growing and we have spent the last handful of months thinking about buying a larger Subaru. Today we looked online and found the type/year/price/mileage we wanted. Buzzed over to Carter and bought a car from Mary - she was great! We knew exactly what we wanted and she made the process easy. Everyone dreads dealing with sales people (I work in sales) and she was rad. This is the second time I’ve bought a preowned Subaru from Carter and it will be the only place down the road if/when I need another. Go ask for Mary! Wife loves her Ascent.

I got my 1st Subaru with Carter Subaru in Shoreline. It was only my 2nd car buying experience since 2001! Like some people, car shopping is not my favorite thing to do. But after more than 20 years, it's time for a new car.
I was immediately impressed by my sales rep, Wendy. She has such an easy personality that she makes me feel very at easy with the entire buying experience. After our first meeting, I know that I do not have to look elsewhere for a car. I am getting a SUBARU!
A few weeks later, one of their Star Delivery Specialist, Alex, contacted me via email to schedule a follow-up appointment, which I think is a great touch to customer service. I met with Alex and he patiently listens to me as I rattle off about my experience, so far, driving a Subaru. He is very knowledgeable about the car and provided clear and concise answers to my questions.
Overall, my buying experience at Carter Subaru, Shoreline had been a blast!

Very impressed with Richard’s customer service skills for my car buying experience. Every step in the process was explained to my understanding. Finally, he showed me many of the controls and features of the interior of the vehicle before I drove off in my Outback.

Watch their quote on timing belts. They don't include all the items you need. Once they open the cover they call you and tell you you need water pump and tensioner. Driving up the costs like crazy. Basically got you by the balls. Do you want me to put the cover back on for $300 or do the job for 2.5 times I quoted you for? I complained so they gave me a discount they did the job and 3 years later timing belts is loose.
Don't ask for a discount. Don't ask for a quote. Just don't. Just avoid the service department.
