“If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place is the real deal with authentic wool hand spun natural dyed rugs. I don’t normally leave reviews but the folks running it were knowledgeable and kind, the inventory was the best in town, and they’re having a wild clearance sale right now. Beyond worth the price. If you’re looking for a place to get beautiful craftsman style rugs that will last generations, Run don’t walk!”
“We had our hardwood floors repaired, stained and refinished. They came out beautifully, much better than we expected. He also replaced our kitchen tile with a fantastic penny round tile. Service and communication were great. I highly recommend Dallas and his team.”
“Super knowledgeable about the product. These guys know more than I thought there was to know about carpet. Super helpful when trying to determine what is going to be best for our usage, durability, style, etc. I felt like we were in great hands from a customer service standpoint. We took home some samples and I think we've picked a winner. Going to call them tomorrow and schedule a service appointment. BTW, they have a huge warehouse of carpet remnants too. You should really drive down and check them out. If he's around, ask for Mike V., he's the GM.”
“All around a very good experience. After checking Home Depot and Lowes, we walked into Carpet King in Seattle. Not only did we get help there immediately, we also got a very favorable price quote immediately (we came with our own measurements). And to top it all off, Carpet King was available for installs within days! At Home Depot or Lowes, you first have to find someone to help you, then they tell you that someone has to come out to take measurements and those appointments were weeks out. Obviously, the installation would have been out even further. And prices were not as low as King's. We also checked dedicated carpet stores, but they were in general quite pricy. The actual removal of old and installation of new carpet in two rooms and a small hallway plus closets was done on time, professionally and very fast (less than 3 hours). I am all in all very happy to have chosen Capet King. I recommend checking them out.”
