“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!
EDIT: realized I had an issue with my window, Brian easily just had me bring in my invoice and got me in the next day and all is fixed and was so nice and easy about it. Will continue to choose this business!”

“I was in a bad situation with the big rains that came in and were dripping into my car. This company got my vehicle checked out as soon as they could get me into their schedule. They even had my car looked over the next morning to look at the problem and do some testing preliminarily. The person scheduling coordinated with the person who did the work well, and my car was fixed within 3 days. The work is excellent, no longer a leaking problem, such a relief. They were professional, honest and efficient. And, did really nice work, I definitely recommend!”

“First time using this Gerber location, Rebecca was first day new for the estimate and due to damage and wait times we were not able to safely open the hood. Estimate seemed reasonable and was scheduled a month out to get in for repairs. Rebecca called early and got us in 2 weeks early, repair estimate if 3 weeks was right on time. In person communication was kind and answered all of my questions. Rebecca even answered the phone after hours to assist.”

They were also able to get the replacement window ordered and installed that same day which was great. They did break the rain-guard during installation but they owned up to it, bought replacements and installed them for free later that week.

“I went there to replace a windshield on a 2002 Toyota. The whole process took less than two hours. Also, a month later, my windshield is still good. I also got 3 months of free car washes from brown bear. The only bad thing was that I came on a Saturday and they had two people working, which is understandable since it's a Saturday.”
