I’m not someone who often leaves reviews, but Capital Loans is great! If you’re looking for quality musical instruments/gear at very fair prices, this is the Seattle pawn shop for you. No matter who has been working behind the counter, they’ve always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would have no hesitation doing business with them again.

Guy working there was super nice and chill. Went in looking for some passive speakers for my turntable. He was nice enough to setup and wire some speakers I was interested in buying. After taking the grill off he noticed the port had a dent, took the price from $220 to $160 without me even asking. Even threw in some speaker wire. Great customer service and great experience!! Speakers sound great

Stopped in to browse some music equipment. Dudes were super nice and helped me pick out an interface and a midi controller for a very fair price. I left happy, and will continue to pop in occasionally! Thanks guys!

Edit to my previous review. The first time I stopped by we didn’t get off on the right foot so here’s a new review after I came by again and we talked about our first experience.
Firstly they moved to a new place right across the street and I stopped by after their opening. I met Micky, Ian and Travis who were working there and I worked out the issue which was very good. Obviously Covid hit us all hard and I’m glad we were able to come to terms and forgive each other.
Gonna come back here and have my friends and family stop by here and check this place out. I live super close so why not have great relationships.

basic kindness and customer service do not exist here. the attitudes of the employees was so completely arrogant and disrespectful. you’d think you were inside a Gucci store with how full of themselves they act. you will be treated as if you aren’t worthy to be in their presence. i left the place feeling sick to my stomach. if this place is your last resort i suggest practicing meditation beforehand in order to keep self control as you will be talked down to and disrespected.
