Cafe staff said they couldn't make nearly every drink we tried to order, (not that they didn't have it, they're just too lazy to make it) why even be open if you won't serve what's on the menu? Capital one staff for one was very friendly though!

The interior is very modern, open, and two stories so it has plenty of space to get work done and conduct meetings. Seeing the giant Verve Coffee Roasters on the wall was a relief because all the photos I was seeing of the cafe were with Peet's Coffee which is not my favorite, so they definitely upgraded imo. I ordered a double espresso that had decent texture and flavor and the ham and cheese sandwich which was kinda weird because of the slice of cheese on top of the bread, but it filled me up. Overall, the ambassadors and baristas were pleasant to talk to and it's a very relaxing space to get work done!

*As it's a café, my review is highly biased on the quality of the coffee* Ambience (5/5) - For a café, the place is very modern. Pretty big. Perfect for working from a café. It gives you a vibe to be more productive if you working from here As we are approaching towards Christmas holidays, love the ornaments they had decorated on the wall. Coffee (2/5) - I ordered a 12 ounce latte. Which was meh. But if I am paying only 50% (using capital one card) it might be okay. But it wasn't worth $5.65 at all I'm pretty sure I won't go again for the coffee ! Service (5/5) - the service is outstanding and exceptional. As it has some privileges of banking, I am assuming the service would be more professional (as you get at banks) The staff will greet you in very positive and friendly way.

Great atmosphere to work remotely. Coffee shop is good and paying with your card gets you a 50% discount. Also the service is great - I had an issue with linking my new card to my existing account and Don was a great help.

I love that this cafe is so spacious and inviting. I've come in for a few coffees and this morning I had the pleasure of chatting with some Café ambassadors and they were super nice and helpful. There's plenty of seating so I could see myself just coming in with a friend to grab coffee and chat or just sit down and read a good book.

Called this location to ask a few questions, since I'm originally from New York City I wanted to know if this was actually bank where I can speak with a teller. They were super sweet and very respectful , gave me all the information that I needed! Never went into this location but with how professional they were over the phone I would love to check out the place

This is a beautiful space with great coffee! We came in early one morning to check the space out and get a couple drinks and we were told it was dog friendly so they invited our dog in too! The drinks were very well made and the person who helped us out and welcomed us in, Don, was the best! He showed us the space and even hooked our dog up with some stuff. His hospitality and kindness were top tier and we will be going back often thanks to him. Everyone who worked there was super sweet too. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the need for a coffee or place to work

I am such a huge fan of this spot!! I honestly didn't really have that many expectations going in - all I knew was that drinks were 50% off for capital one card members. Despite being so close by, I kept pushing off coming here until now. I came on a rainy weekend, and there were a good number of people inside. I was quite surprised by how spacious the inside is! There are so many seats of different type depending on the vibe you're feeling, and theres also an upstairs. I got an iced pumpkin pie latte with oat milk, and it was SO delicious. I have no idea what they even put in it but it was so creamy, perfectly sweetened, and had great pumpkin pie flavor. I would totally come back just for this drink and am sad it's only seasonal. The environment itself is so great to do work in, and I can see it being a fantastic WFH spot. I will definitely be back for many more times to come :)

So today I went to this coffee shop, and they don't have..coffee. The machine broken. Again..third time this month. Cold brew? Sold out. Drip?! No...seriously..no drip. I'm not one of those yelpers who writes bad review based on one experience. This place has consistently had problems for months. I'm starting to wonder if it's a real coffee shop or just a big lobby. Another time the 3 banker types standing around doing nothing except standing by to enroll you in banking said the barista went upstairs..oook I asked how long? Um uh hmm. They don't know. I waited 15 minutes and left. Maybe they should cross train their bankers to pull some espresso. Last week they were out of croissants so I said ok bagel egg sandwich. They.could do that. Ok cool. Except they gave me a sweet blueberry bagel with savoury bacon sandwich. Really? Come on.. I'm even a Cap One customer. I do my banking here. I'd love if this lived up to its intention. Ambiance is nice. Food and coffee, when you can get it are good. The half off discount for banking customers is great. When they're actually serving anything. This should be a 4 star place. They need to get their S together, it's embarrassing a major corporate brand can't even serve drip coffee when the machine is down. Maybe get a second machine like all the other coffee shops? Cap One may be what's in my wallet but coffee is not what's in my cup.

From December 26th to January 8th, Capital One Cafe is having a Happy Hour from 2pm-close where all drinks are $1! I got a soy latte today. Half the reason I come here is for the working area - it is always calm and spacious. The baristas and the Capital One representatives are always friendly and also give you the space you need to get your work done. This is by far my favorite WFH cafe. It's nice to not be constantly brushed by people in passing as is the case with many other coffee shops. The lighting and view is great from this location too, with sprawling windows and natural sunlight being let in.

GREAT work from home spot. Of course you've got to buy a drink in order to stay, but the two floors of pure work space make it so worth it. There are personal nooks that you can grab, and there's big table areas too if you're with a group. There's benches, fun soft chairs, couches, and overall just a great place if you need a change of scenery while doing work. Drinks wise - they're so delicious. I've tried the oat milk matcha (wasn't too sweet!) and their strawberry lemon iced tea drink, and they're both delicious. Plus, through the month of august, all drinks are $1. Literally unheard of. I will say though that they've been having staffing issues, and so their hours of offering drinks are pretty inconsistent. They also close at five, so plan ahead if you're wanting to work later into the evening. Overall, definitely recommend this space both for drink quality and working environment.

While the coffee quality of this venue is great and they provide ample seating spaces for work... It is unfortunate that they close so early in the day. Several times I have walked in just before 3 PM to be told that they are Closing soon and are not able to make any more drinks. If someone for management sees this... Please consider staying open a little longer!

I cannot express how much I love this place. I arrived from an red eye flight into Seattle. Since my Airbnb doesn't let me check out till 4 pm, I had to hop between coffee shops to work during the day. Until I stumbled into capital one cafe. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the manager. He explained to me this is a free community work space. I could borrow their conference room! It was a life saver. There is also a peets cafe, you would get half off for drinks if you have a capital one credit card!!!!! By the end of my work day, the branch employee brought me a goodie bag full of snacks and drinks. It felt just like working in one of the tech company office. If you are ever in Seattle trying to find an community work space! I would definitely recommend here!!! This is a 5 star experience.
