    Nice place to live, for the price especially. Close to transit stops to downtown and lower Queen Anne. The maintenance team, specifically Olu, have been great and super responsive with maintenance requests.

    We just moved into the Canvas apartments and the staff here has been so very helpful. We even accidentally dropped our car keys down the elevator shaft (oh no) and they got them back to us the same day (wow!) Thank you Juan, Olu, Kyle and Carrie! So far, this place has been great!

    The building is great, everywhere is clean. The management of the building is always trying to make everything better. They work hard. I am very happy to live in this building
