As much as I'd like to support this neighborhood small business, I will have to go elsewhere. The past few times I've been there have each been somehow challenging. The most recent time I took our golden, I had to take him back because I couldn't tell he'd had any cut... he was still scraggly from where his winter coat had started to fall out. The re-visit results were only slightly better. Today, when I described the cut I wanted, i was told that the usual approach was just to feather, and that I'd have to reschedule because they didn't have time for a cut. At no time during previous visits was this explained. He has had good cuts from this location, just not in the last few months. Today there was no sense of an apology or anything resembling customer care. My general impression: they don't really want (or need) my business.

Took our dog in for deshedding bath and nail trim. Employee claimed our dog tried to bite several times. Which of course could have happened. She only has 2 front teeth and weighs about 15 pounds. So at that point employee should have called and asked if it was okay to put a muzzle on her while trimming her nails. Instead they kept the money and the tip but didn't trim her nails. When asked for a refund at a later time manager hung up on me and told me not to call back. Wow, interesting business practice. Won't go back, lesson learned.

These guys are the best. Always taking good care of my pug! Highly recommended to any one looking for a good groomer in the west Seattle area

Everything went very well. The location works well for me. The groom was as I wanted and the costs were as expected, and my pup seemed in good spirits. It was 4 hrs total time for a cost of $90 for cut, bathe, teeth, and nails.

The worst haircuts my pups have ever had. I have to do my best to fix it myself. I will not go back there. Over $200 for two small dogs!!!!!!!

Took our big girl to get her nails ground on a walk-in. The groomer took us promptly and worked quickly but gently. I really appreciated the fast service, and so did my dog, who doesn't like having her feet held.

I just went in to get my puppies toe nails clipped. It was quick, they were very professional, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, reasonable service fees, great location. There’s a fee around my neighborhood, but I don’t mind the drive knowing my dogs are in good hands.

Made a first time grooming appointment over the phone with Canine Casa. Day before the appointment I get a text telling me my appointment was canceled. When I called to find out why there was no answer. Left a message to see why my appointment was canceled and got no call back. Looked online & their website said they we no longer taking new clients.

Very busy in a small area. Many dogs around and my little dog was very nervous with the whole situation and they kept him for 5 hours. They did a good job with his haircut but seemed very chaotic.

They did an excellent job on Dinah. In all honesty her hair was matted but she came out looking like the star she is!

We go to Canine Casa every 3-4 weeks for walk-in nail trims for our 2 pain in the butt chihuahuas. We have never had to wait more than a couple minutes and we only go Saturdays. They take them, snip, hand them back over and it’s so cheap! Half the price of Petco and half the time. They are so good with pups, so confident my dogs don’t even have time to get upset. I love that they let the dogs there for grooming to roam around and play with each other. Highly recommend!
