While there were a good selection of dresses, the attendant wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t super professional. Her child was there, which was very distracting when trying to form an opinion on a dress. She was able to answer questions but didn’t really provide much input or advice.

Mai did a fantastic job altering my BHDLN dress! She got me in quickly and turned around the alterations quickly too. She didn’t oversell me on any unnecessary alterations, and it was a very reasonable price. It looks beautiful!

The person helping me was very nice and the shop is very clean. The only thing is that it is difficult to find the place since there are no signs. If there were more clear directions that would be great! Otherwise dresses and staff are very nice.

0 stars. I made an appointment on a Sunday online through the cocomelody website on google maps, which says the store is open on Sundays. The store was closed and no one answered the phone. They have another website, not through cocomelody, that says it's closed on Sundays. They need to change this.
