Didn't let me know when I dropped off my car it would be 3 days before someone would look at it. Wasted my time making an appointment, since it's not used for scheduling staff to work on vehicles. This feature should be removed from the dealership's website.Fixed the problem related to a battery install this dealership didn't get right a year ago. Told me there wasn't a problem, and billed me for it. Avoided going over the technician's notes. I reviewed them when I got home and realized what happened.Overfilled the oil on the oil change....Staff are friendly and personable. Will find a new dealership for servicing my car.

It's crazy how so many people have had the exact same experience. I have taken my vehicle here more times than I can count, and nothing has ever been fixed. Not only has nothing been fixed, my vehicle was broken into on their lot after their service department specifically guaranteed that it would be safe before I left it there! Items were stolen from my vehicle and the side of it was damaged! They also charged me $205 for a 30,000 mile tuneup and did nothing but an oil change! They admitted they made a mistake and still never rectified it! The service manager Dennis King treats his customers like trash, I have been beyond patient with the terrible service I have received time and time again over the last several years. They have consistently put 6 quarts of oil instead of 8 quarts of oil into my vehicle on 4 separate occasions now, and called it an "oops" incident. They have had someone take my vehicle out for a joy ride twice now as I found someone's fireworks inside of my vehicle one time, and someone's sunglasses another time with excessive mileage on my vehicle both times as I always record my mileage at the time of drop off. This dealership is a joke, after the recent issues of my vehicle being broken into, items being stolen, my vehicle being damaged, them owing me money for services that were never performed, and then the slimy lowlife they call a service manager promising to rectify the stolen items and damaged vehicle on a recorded call; after not hearing back from him, I reached out again and he decided to back-track his promise of rectifying the issues that their company created, which was also recorded, I would never do business with this dealership again. There are far too many other dealerships in the area to have quality work performed with decent people running their business. This entire mess that Dennis created, also happened to lose their sales department a $124,987.62 sale of a new 2024 3500HD from me last month as well as any future vehicle sales from myself, my family, and my friends.

OK, now for the update. Close to two months after Burien Chevrolet tried to scam me and I have now put on almost two thousand miles and my oil on the dipstick has barely dropped. Also, no smoking and no engine oil lights have come on. My truck drives perfectly. This makes me wonder now if they even changed my oil when I took it in for the big repair last month and it makes me wonder how much of that repair was even needed.Very disappointed especially since the owner of this business and I have something in common. St Francis. I guess just because you have faith in the business owner does not mean that they have quality and honest people in their servide department. Very disappointed Thanks for reading. Now I have decided this experience will be my first twitter post.Don

I took my brand new truck in because the high pressure fuel pump failed. It took them a week or more to fix it. I had to call multiple times to get a status update. They would not give me a rental car. When they finally fixed it, they never plugged the windshield wipers in. Complete incompetence and unresponsiveness. I could it be more frustrated with a dealership. When I brought my issues up with management, they were apathetic and dismissive. Terrible place.

So, you have to give them a star to write a review. Their service attendants all lack of professionalism. Stopped for an oil change, apparently they are super busy or have no mechanics available cause they wanna give me an appointment for Thursday wow!! For an oil change! Really very inconvenient right in the neighborhood now have to drive somewhere else to do it and stop supporting local businesses what a shame

I have purchased many new vehicles in my life and this place has without a doubt the worse service I have ever seen. I will guarantee I will never go back or would I ever reccomend this place to anyone.. I have spent 2 days and a total of over 7 hours just to get my second fob which they should have had when I purchased it.. Stay away far far away.. They don't care about their customers only getting your money and wasting your times several days now...

Can't say enough about Jason and the people at Burien Chevy. By far one of the most professional and easiest buying experiences I have had. Jason was 100% honest with what he said and didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. Jason was very communicative, honest, and friendly. On top of that, we were in and out within 2 1/2 hours. I got the deal I wanted and left happy. If I go with Silverado again, I'll go back to Jason.

These people won't lift a finger to assist you, if they can't make a bunch of money off of you. The DMV told me that unless I wanted to pay twice the amount of taxes on my Chevy truck I'd have to go to a dealership and get a quote on the value of my truck. I tried my local Chevrolet dealer and called them up to see how much it cost and if I could bring it in. After stating my needs and them realizing I only wanted to purchase a quote for my chevy and not buy a new from them, I was placed on hold for 50 minutes until the end of the day at which time someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Seriously? if they didn't want to do it they could have had the backbone to say so. don't leave someone hanging when you can help them but choose not too. I was willing to pay for their time. I'm a struggling small business owner and needed the truck for work. They don't even sell the type of truck I needed, but they can't be bothered to help the little guy, so they just ignore him and hopefully he goes away. Well I did go away and I found help at a different dealership. They didn't even charge me. Apparently they consider it a service of a chevy ownership, and were happy to help. It's disappointing that that I was treated so rudely by my local dealer. Don't waste your time (and they will) go to literally any other dealer than this one. They won't help you if they can't line their pockets with your hard earned money, and once they get it, don't expect a damn thing afterwards. It's just sad that not one person there gave a crap about helping me especially when I wasn't asking for anything for free. It took the other guys 15 minutes and the dmv took the paperwork. This dealer doesn't deserve to be a part of my community. I hope they go under and something useful replaces it, like a parking lot or a homeless camp. The Anderson family should be ashamed. Their claim of being willing to do whatever it takes for you is completely bogus. They don't care, but you should.

Hi I David I have a 2017 Chevrolet Impala. Sometime ago I took my car to replace my transmission for it went out on me. The mechanic that work on my car did a wonderful repair but was very sloppy for they got grease spots on the inside of my interior and it is a very light gray. After that I took my car in for a maintenance they suggested that I needed to flush the coolant. So I got that done. They released the car to me I was on my way home about 3 miles away from the shop when my car started to over heat ( mined you I never had a over heating problem). So I had to pull over and I called the shop to tell them what was going on with my car they did send someone out to see what was the problem. When they came out they said that it was an air bubble. But ever sense they did the flushed my car would reach temps of 210 degrees the lowest would be 198 degrees. For burien Chevrolet flushed the coolant the highest the temperature would get was 177 degrees. I don't no what the hell they did to my car but ever sense the did that I was having trouble with the heating system. So I make an appointment to have them go and check my car out as to why this is happening they tell me it's because of a sensor that needs to be replaced. I'm not no mechanic but in my eyes I believe that the sensor was damaged so to there negligence because of my car over heating. But that isn't the cream on top of the icing. I have cer shield and told them that. You know what they wanted me to do!!!! They wanted me to pay the payment that was going to be well over $1100 plus on top of that I was getting my front bearings replaced that was $800 So they wanted me to pay for this and wanted me to deal with the insurance. There excuse was that they do deal with them because I'm the past they have gotten burned by them. But on the door as you walk in the had a sticker that hat the car shield. So now I had to go pick up my over heating car and take it to a different dealership I had to find one. Thank God that on the first one I found Auburn Chevrolet I love this place the lady that I worked with her name is Cindy, I love her. I'm telling you all that when you talk about family oriented they treat you just like that FAMILY. Cindy is the one to go to if you go to Auburn Chevrolet. They took very good care of me and they dealt with the insurance and every thing. I bought my car in 2017 at burien Chevrolet but the experience that I got from them I regret even going into that facility to buy my car if I am to buy a new car it would be at Auburn Chevrolet where they treat you like FAMILY!! Never again will I ever step foot at burien Chevrolet

Very slow service, 4 hours for an oil change wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Can I give them 0 Stars? I own a 2017 Colorado and it was having ignition switch issues in that I was not able to turn the key to the OFF position and remove the key. It would only turn the engine off to the Accessory position. I found that the problem was either the ignition cylinder itself or that there is an interlock switch connected to the transmission selector that causes this problem. This is a known problem that I Googled in less than in 10 seconds. I scheduled a service to have this repaired. Upon arriving at the dealership, they stated that a $179 Diagnostic fee would apply to tell me what the problem was, even though I told them what I found above. After all, they are the DEALERSHIP and I would assume that they are also aware of this common problem. So be it. I knew walking in the door, this was standard practice and accepted it at this point. They also initiated a text conversation to keep me informed during my time there, a thoughtful touch. I waited 90 minutes for the Service Advisor to come tell me that it was the ignition switch. Well no kidding, I told them that. However, after letting me wait 90 minutes, no actual work had yet been done. I actually thought it would have already been fixed by this time. I directed them to proceed. Another 90 minutes go by (total 3 hours now) with no word from the Service Advisor, who knew that I was waiting in the lobby. I texted him inquiring of progress. No response. Another 30 minutes later, I walked back to inquire, this time face-to-face. I was told that after replacing the ignition, they found it was actually the transmission selector switch after all and were still working on it. I lost my sh!t! I have never, in my life, gone off like this before. I told them EXACTLY what the problem was, they took 90 minutes to "diagnose" it (which should have meant confirming what I said) and did nothing during that time. After that, they went after the wrong problem and never communicated with me. Finally, after I reached out to them, I find out they were working on the other possibility without having given me an update and still leaving me waiting (and ignoring my text) even longer. In the end, they present me with a bill that still included the "Diagnostic" charge. Here, I lost my sh!t a second time. I stated that I TOLD THEM what the problem was and they didn't diagnose anything. I refused to pay it. Another Service Advisor asked me to calm down, that there were "other customers that could hear everything I was saying". To this I replied, "Good! Maybe they might want to know what kind of service they are about to receive". I eventually gathered myself, paid the bill (minus the diagnostic fee) and left. I will never return to this shop again. Total time at the dealership was over 5 hours! With regards to using text as a method of communication, if a business chooses to use this technology to communicate with their customers, then use it correctly. People expect a response (fairly quickly) and want to be kept informed of progress. It's meant to be quick and easy for all parties. In this case, the Service Advisor never responded. Had he had the guts to admit to their mistake and communicate with me, this interaction would have gone much differently. This is the second time that I've been to this dealership and they tried using text during my first visit as well. Again, they were unresponsive. If these guys can't use it correctly, then they should abandon the trial. It clearly failed, along with all other aspects of this visit. After receiving Chevy's customer survey (after my first visit), I commented on the texting issue and do you think they reached out? Nope. Maybe I missed their text.

Hmmmm. Dishonesty of cost promoted by management, service staff not performing requested service or noticing easily spotted issues. Obvious training and quality check issues combined with deceptive service pricing. While I love my Chevy Truck if this is a trait of dealership service departments I will need to look towards Toyota or Ford......seriously, who follows through on certified service departments? Chevy or Anderson family get your act together and make Chevrolet owners proud to spend their money here.

Had my oil changed at Burien Chevrolet a couple weeks ago. Today, driving down the road, the sun hit me just right. I looked up and realized they CUT MY TINT and didn't bother to say a damn thing. The entire windshield has to be retinted now. Who the hell does something like this and then SAYS NOTHING?! It will cost a few hundred to fix (Called and spoke with Dawn and Asst Manager Matthew in the service department...after hanging up the phone on my husband the next tactic was deny deny deny....what a joke) Needless to say, I'm PISSED. Evidently, according to the sticker they vandalized my vehicle to place, I'm also due the day the oil was changed and I have 0 miles on my car

I started coming here 3 years ago for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Initially, this was a great place I felt I could come to for good customer service, a fair price and to get my car fixed in a timely manner. In the last year, all three of these elements have gone downhill. I have no issues with the actual work the shop mechanics do servicing my car, I've never had issues with the repairs afterwards, and the one time that a part needed replaced again a few months afterwards, they did take responsibility and replaced it on their dime. I've never had damage or property stolen from my car either. My issues are all with the front desk and advisors. They are constantly overbooked, and I find myself having to leave my car there for at least a day JUST to get an oil change done. If you are looking to get more extensive repairs done on your car, you're usually out at least 3 days, maybe more...it is manageable for me in a 2 car household but for many households with one car, this is not doable. Most of the advisors that work there are not super knowledgeable when it comes to answering follow up questions about repairs - the last couple times I've gotten my car repaired or worked on, the usual answer I'd get from any advisor I worked with was "I'll have to ask the shop mechanic", or "I don't know, let me look into that for you", which is fine, except I never get a follow up answer or callback to my question. In fact, you're lucky if you even get a callback in regards to your vehicle...on more than one occasion I've called to check on the status of my car, provided a callback number, and was never called back. The customer service here the last few times I've been to this place has been absolutely horrendous, and it is the reason I won't return. Many of the advisors I've worked with the last few times are not personable, professional, and give the impression that they really don't care about you, just your money. The most recent time I was in, I noticed my name was misspelled on the billing, and brought it to the advisors attention only to be told that "Your name doesn't matter, just the address and zip code is all I need for the billing"...that statement right there said it all for me. They don't really care about your satisfaction, just how much money they can get from you. Also, be warned, they do make mistakes in your billing which can cost you more money than necessary if you don't check it over yourself. On more than one occasion they've charged me twice for the same thing OR forgotten to apply a discount. This last time I was there, it was ME who inquired about any special coverages or warranty for a part that has required repair about 3 times now...good thing I asked because there was a warranty available, and my bill went from $800 to $350!! A huge drop in cost that I would not have had if I had not asked. Honestly you're better off going to a local shop where they'll give you the customer service you deserve for the price they charge.

Jason has been very helpful. This is my first time buying and trading in my vehicle. So I had no idea what to ask or what the first step would even be but he's been extremely helpful and answered all my questions even when some were kinda d*** but he's made this experience super easy and exciting and I haven't even made my way down to complete the process. He's already made my first car buying experience more then then I expected. I came into this thinking it was going to stressful and tedious. But it's the complete opposite. THANK YOI SO MUCH!
