These guys, are a huge disappointment. I got my MacBook Pro from them , and had already made payments maybe total of 400+ and when I missed payments for them , he was trying to collect 400 bucks from me , which the total amount for this item was 2k plus . First of all , don’t even do business w these guys. They are overpriced and they hack their own MacBook . He even treathened me that if I can’t pay 400 bucks at that time of phone call , he will report as Theft . WOW! I returned their MacBook Pro . I did not get my money back . That’s how they do business .It was without the box and not even an adapter cuz that’s how it came to me . I am pretty sure that they have duped someone out there again w their lies . They don’t even deserve 1 star , that’s for sure ! It’s just I don’t have any other options to post this review . They are bad business . Don’t even think about getting anything from these guys.

this store has piss poor customer service!!! the man that is suppose to be the store manager and the female that is the account manager!!! i have never dealt with a company that talks to and seals with their customers the way they have dealt with and talk to me!!! i would not recommend a dog to themnevertheless a person!!!!!!!!

The owners son Marshall Morgan used the company vehicles for a move I hired him to do. He was paid in full upfront (my huge mistake) and he never completed the job. Not only that, but he repeatedly ignored calls and messages asking when he could finish the job. He then told me to sue him and laughed saying that his business was booming. He told me that Buddy's doesn't want me as a customer and to stay at Colortyme after he told me to come to his dad's store to pick out a washer and dryer. He's extremely entitled and doesn't care that he was paid in full for a job he didn't even 1/2 complete. He refused to even give me a partial refund. He lied about having a moving crew, he showed up with 1 other person and was 1 1/2 hours late to begin with. He didn't have his own moving vehicles, he used Buddy's company vehicles, got sick and threw up over my balcony and sidewalk that I had to then clean up, he spent most of the next 2 hours lying down in the back of the Buddy's truck and then proceeded to ghost me when I asked him when he could finish the job he was paid in full to do. His response was "sue me" NEVER EVER hire this kid for anything!!!
