Such personalized service is hard to find! Our family was delighted to get a phone call letting us know our Dad's ring (actually our Mom's ring which he wears in her memory) slipped into the return package of a pair of pants. Simone called to ask if we lost it. Checking with Dad confirmed, yes, it was missing. The Buck and Buck team promptly returned the ring to us! Any future needs Dad has for pants or other clothing we'll definitely consider B&B first! Thank you for your caring service!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, called for a status check. No record or an order. I have faith they will figure out the problem but other than needing the product more than a bit concerning...Update, order sorted out and they are expediting shipping.

Just wanted to share that I was an activity director in the 1970s at Marine view convalescent center in Federal Way Washington buck and buck came there often and it was always a wonderful experience so glad they are still in business

The customer service at Buck and Buck is outstanding. I have received clarifying phone calls from representatives to ensure that they understand somewhat complicated requirements for my 97-year old Dad with neuropathy in his fingers that prevents him from managing buttons. Additionally, Dad is picky about the style of his clothing. The good folks at Buck and Buck have helped me with style issues as well. Great customer service!

I just wanted to thank you all for all the great products you offer AND the great service too! I first used your clothing for my father with Alzheimer's. During each stage of his disease your kind and patient staff were able to problem solve with me over the phone to find just the right solution to dress him. Then, as my mother aged into her nineties and wanted to stay at home I found dusters, walker accessories, and slippers that she loved. The pouch for her walker made it possible for her to get her mail and safely make it back to her chair. Thanks for all you do to make life better for those we love!

I have purchased clothing and adaptive aids from this company for many years. The staff have always been very helpful and courteous directing me to items for my Dad and my Mom to keep them as independent as possible in dressing and self care.
