Y’all, I love car washes and I particularly love THIS car wash. I met the manager today, who took one look at my filthy car and insisted I drive through twice. They have a same day clean car guarantee, so you can come back and get a rewash if you need!

All Brown Bear's are not the same because I've been to a few and this Interbay location is great. Their machine cleaned my vehicle better than any location I've gone to in the area and I've been to many. The machine also did a fantastic job on the tires which I have tried to clean by hand. No other machine in the area has done this. Their vacuums are strong, economical and efficient and there's plenty of towels and spray for customers to use. They also guarantee their washes and if not done properly you can bring it back same day. This is the exact opposite of the Factoria location. I highly recommend, the only thing is they are busy, which makes sense so I recommend going off hours if you can.

Decent enough car wash. The stalls all function properly, and the vacuums work great! Had trouble trying to purchase items from the vending machine. Card wouldn't work, tap to pay wouldn't work and neither would the app. I eventually left and went to the brown bear in Ballard to finish cleaning my car.

I'm not one to write reviews but everyone here was so nice when I came in with my gross car that was parked under a tree for like 5 days lol. The manager came out and helped scrub my car with goo gone (I didn't pay for anything extra). I signed up for the unlimited pass since I street park and this keeps happening to me so they encouraged me to just roll through as many times as I needed this time and moving forward. Every single person I interacted with was just so nice and helpful from the second my sticky car rolled through, super grateful for their kindness and not judging my yucky car?

Never thought I would be writing a 1-star review for a car wash but based on my experience today I think you should avoid this place at all costs. Got the criminal treatment by 2 of the teenage employees for not having the oversized, impossible-to-remove sticker on my windshield for the car wash club. From the first employee as I pulled up to the talking bear kiosk, and I quote "I need to talk to you"... Okay? After going though the wash, the second employee who I assume was the manager, berated me for not having the sticker on windshield. I showed him the second sticker that's in the door well but that wasn't good enough. He told me he would have to watch me apply the sticker to my windshield or else...?
Anyway, this was an appalling experience of the highest order. Thought it would be cool to have my new car washed frequently so I joined the wash club and now I regret it. You guys need to train your employees with the mindset that customers are the ones paying their checks and to teach them even the most rudimentary level of customer service. A simple reminder would have sufficed in this case. Now you have a customer writing a 1-star review which could have been easily avoided. Would also suggest moving to license plates readers instead of a sticker system so that your employees won't have to accost your car wash club members for sticker compliance.

It was good but the vacuum suction wasn't very strong. Not sure if it was clogged or if that's the norm, but either way not enough suck for my buck

Nice car wash. They have a station with towels and window washer as you come out of the car wash. Really handy to wipe down the car. Friendly staff.

Avoid at all costs. Absolute wrecked my car. Took chips out of pain and 6 inch scratches everywhere. So bummed I stopped in, now gotta get estimates on how to fix my car I had just picked up. Was totally fine before the car wash then everything on my right passenger side got clipped so I think something was wrong with there machines. Avoid.
