Always seems to be a line at this location, and it's a bit of a free for all. Other than that prices are fair and it's a decent car wash but I wish there were more stalls or line management of some kind

Hi Marc, I don't know if you'll see this review but thank you so much for helping me to wash my car. I don't know if you believe in God but God definitely used you to answer my prayers. I have been trying to clean my car for the past 2 years and was even considering paying thousands of dollars to get my car cleaned because I didn't know what else to do. I went to the Brown Bear car Wash to see if I could get my car cleaned that way and I did my best but I didn't have a lot of arm strength so I was only able to clean my car about halfway. Mark saw my car wasn't fully cleaned and immediately came and helped me out. He even recommended a good autoshop. I have been praying to God to help me find a good autoshop and I didn't even have to ask you. You just recommended one. My car is the cleanest it has been in two years and I went home crying from gratitude. Thank you for the incredibly kind gesture. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it the most. God bless

Might be the only car wash in town where bucket washing is allowed. Used by people who know that is the best way to clean your car and who understand that waiting your your turn is expected. Good water pressure, good lighting, vacuums work well. Clean, friendly environment. Five stars!

Has water. Scratches cars. 1 second Vs 2 second push of button closes your “tab” and takes any balance. Will not return.

It's my first time using the self serve wash and had no issue at all. It's super easy to navigate. The machine will beep to remind you when you have 1 min left which is very helpful.Went there on a sunny Saturday early morning and there was no wait (still has 2 empty bays).

On the weekends coming here has become a certain hell. Today, I’ve been waiting exactly an HOUR to wash my car. We all queued up on one side with each car taking its turn, but then two cars came in the opposite gate and cut the line (one of which got tot he back of the line once they realized). This is not uncommon here on the weekends. Brown Bear needs to revamp the gates and build a way for cars to all fairly wait their turn.

Newer car wash with equipment in good working order. No clips to hang plastic rugs if you want to wash them but the vacuums have good suction! I spent $8 on the wash and $2 for 5 minutes of vacuuming time. Tip:Look to the card reader (the slide, not the tap) if you want to add additional minutes. I didn’t see this, and spent maybe $1 more than I needed on the wash.
