This location seems to be best, not sure why. I’ve been to a few others with my car not getting get as clean or smelling as good. Staff here are as cool. A few times they have tried to remove my antenna, but it just won’t budge! I appreciate they didn’t mangle it trying to do so. Membership to sign up was fast there. I did learn that Brown Bear gives you another free car wash if your car doesn’t come out as clean as it should.

Took a chance and drove in with my Audi A6 , since there were a few Teslas in waiting.
Pros:
Line moves very quickly, wash is pretty good except
Cons:
Front bumper got scratched
Headlight has torn fibers stuck in it, and took my 30min and a few sore thumbs to dislodge.
Advice to all Audi owners - stick to touchless or do it manually. I know there aren’t touchless washes within Seattle, but the extra drive is worth the peace of mind.

Came here for the auto crash and the vacuum. I don't normally want my car with automatic car washes, but this seemed pretty good and didn't really scratch my car. I won't use this all the time, but it's definitely better than washing the car by hand when life gets in the way.
Also the customer service there is 10/10

It's a good car wash and they give good service the popular they're usually pretty busy do you know the gas stations are connected to is a little high on pricing and they don't have cigarettes or lighters or anything because people were still at night to liquid selling them and they only have sodium and some treat and like a few sandwiches ?

It a quick way to get your car washed. I didn't have to get out of my car, and the attendant put tape over the back wiper to protect it. There was no line I was in and out within 5 minutes. If you go a lot, get a membership, it saves money.

Good option for an automatic car wash. About $8 for the base wash. Vacuum is a little expensive and the tip is a bit too big to fit in all the crevices but it's at least a nice option.

The "Only" brush wash car wash I will take our vehicles to! Period!!!
If it's not Brown Bear, it's touchless or "I" wash at home!!!

Decent experience. Car (newer Camry) isn't spotless, dirty rims but that's tough to clean.
My issue is the frizzy white towels. They leave cotton all over your ride. Please invest in nicer towels.
