Dave is the man, he gave us the best service I’ve ever had at a store. He had incredible recommendations, knew exactly what would work best for my wide feet! I highly recommend the store and ask for Dave, you’ll have the same great experience!

3/4/24 Update: Yet another phenomenal experience. I was having issues with an order and Dave went out of his way to ensure that everything was corrected. He was amazing to work with on this, very grateful that Brooks has such a great staff.

Carmen is an absolute gem & extremely knowledgeable about Brooks shoes. She listens extremely well to customer needs and what will suit them best based on their perspective. Very impressed, as was my better half, on how well Carmen took care of us.

The store is great with some cool apparel and shoes. The staff are very nice and attentive but I wish they wouldn't approach too much when I'm just browsing. They asked me if I was ok or needed help about 6 times in 10 minutes or so. Prices are fine.

I love Brooks shoes and their service! Their shoes last forever so wasn’t sure what I needed to replace my old ones. Had the best experience this afternoon with Carmen- showed her my old shoes -she knew immediately what to suggest! She surprised me by saying the Glycerin GTS 20 had alot of cushioning and perfect for urban walking- thats exactly what I need a new pair for! Very pleasant experience- left very happy w my new Glycerin GTS 20s and ???? headed home! Carmen is super knowledgeable and was just Fun! Can’t go wrong! Thank you Carmen!

Had a first Ho hum experience. Three of us entered yesterday and a Ms Klein met us with a frown, non verbal, got two shoes, I bought one pair, wanted two and we talked how we were bothering the sales woman so we left, as I said I am a combat veteran….she responded,”It says so on the charge!” Not a friendly person like we have always had at Brooks.I should have ordered online.

My friend had great things to say about Brooks shoes, so I decided to try a pair out. Service was friendly enough. The sales seemed knowledgeable enough about which shoe would be a best fit for me. I ended up choosing the Glycerin GTS as it felt the most comfortable for me. I hope it's true!

Michael and the team here were very patient and helpful. I tried 4 pairs of shoes after having my gait analyzed, and ended up in a pair of Ghosts that make me want to run more. Thanks!

I went to Brooks Trailhead with the intention of buying running shoes. I chose this shop because I expected the staff to have knowledge and provide help in choosing a shoe that's right for me.The sales assistant had zero interest in helping me and zero knowledge. They were quite rude, dismissive and barely answered any of my questions. They made me feel like I was a burden on them.I recommend you go elsewhere in search of running shoes.It's a pity. I had high hopes.

I was in town to participate in The Great Ferry Race and was excited to stop by after. Brooks is one of my favorite brands after my local running shop introduced me to them. Also, this is their only store and it’s next to their HQ! I was looking forward to talking about running with some of the people from Brooks!!!Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience though. The employees weren’t friendly and made me feel like I was bothering them. It was just a weird atmosphere. I even gave the benefit of the doubt until I got outside and my partner commented on how poorly they felt I was treated. Then I realized it was true. I got the sense the employees were burnt out.To top it off, I didn’t get the sale price for a tank too I ended up buying. That makes no sense. It’s 20% off on the website, why wouldn’t it be the same in store? I emailed customer service with no response. Which is fine, I’ll be in town again before the 90 day return period is over so I’ll get my money back. I’ll still buy Brooks because their shoes are that good but I’ll make sure to temper my expectations for future trips to Brooks Trailhead.
