I've had nothing but good experiences at Broadway VH. I've taken my dog there for 2.5 years. He had heartworm when I adopted him, which was really hard on us. Luckily, Dr. Rawlings has more experience with treating heartworm than most vets in the area. The whole staff gave him the best treatment and made it as easy on us as they could.
They also offer services such as "happy visits" (I think that's what they call it) where you can stop by with your pet and the staff will take them in just for pets and free treats so that my dog can have some purely positive experiences there and be less anxious when he comes in for normal check ups, vaccine boosters, etc.
As for pricing, I really don't know how they compare to other vets in the area but they are fully transparent about pricing and don't pressure you to do anything extra if you don't want to.

I love broadway vet! They're incredibly attentive and kind and always make both my dog and I feel reassured and welcomed. I've had bad experiences with vets before, but everyone at broadway is so incredibly wonderful

Taking ny beloved pets here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The veterinarian, Jessica Van Noppen, was incredibly insensitive and doesn’t seem to have any knowledge about veterinary medicine. Her comments were shaming in nature and I basically had to teach her what signs and symptoms are of congestive heart failure. I wish so much that I had gone to another vet, I’ll never get to redo the experience. Letting her “care” for my pets was a terrible mistake. Losing a pet is traumatic enough, but having what is supposed to be a professional shaming an owner for wanting them to have a peaceful death is wrong on so many levels. Especially when you know it’s time by clear indicators any medical professional would know. I’m resentful she took that peaceful experience from us.

People at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and the doctors and medical assistants pay caring attention to my dog.

We were immensely grateful to the Broadway Vet Team for their expertise and care and for the excellent support staff at the front desk for their help and responsiveness. Everyone was so kind and considerate, professional and full of good humor in a stressful situation.

We have taken our cat to Broadway Vet twice now and both experiences have been amazing! The vet technicians and doctors are always so kind and knowledgeable! They really take time to listen to you and understand your concerns. The office is super inviting and just has a great vibe overall! They also very gentle with our cat which we appreciate. The vet technicians have such a clear love for animals and I always have felt welcomed and comfortable with them. Dr. K was very thorough with his diagnosing when we brought our cat in and checked for lots of different things during his exam which gave me great peace of mind. He also took time to help me understand insurance coverage and payment options for an upcoming surgery which I greatly appreciated as a new pet owner. The price of their services is also better than others in the area. Vet care is expensive but I truly feel like I get my money's worth here. I would highly recommend it!

Stellar veterinarian care is essential for a healthy dog. They are family members and I want the best. Broadway Veterinary Hospital is the best. They have been seeing my dog since we got him as a puppy and are always providing amazing care and love for him.
We also know that very care can be expensive, but your monthly pet care plan really helps keep the annual exams and visits in check. It is really nice.
Lazarus has seen everyone in the building, so do not hesitate to visit if you need vet care for your loved one.

Wonderful experience, I got an appointment very quickly. The Doctor and tech were extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was in the exam room almost immediately, which eased my anxious cat. I would highly recommend this practice.
