I had a wonderful first-time experience shopping at BoxLunch in Southcenter, Tukwila! Yodit assisted me with purchasing a Wicked Crossbody purse and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. She guided me through the process and made sure I got my discount, which I really appreciated. Yodit’s friendly and attentive service made my experience memorable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to BoxLunch for more shopping. Highly recommend! My girlfriend loves the bag and will use it during the Wicked premier this month!

Store is good but the workers will follow you and watch you the entire time. One was even glaring at us. I put my items back because they kept following my brother around and insisted on holding the sweater he was planning on buying at the register. They didn't follow anyone else, didn't hold their items up front, and were acting nice to other customers. I don't know why cause we make good money to spend but they lost my business.

Love this store however my fiance and I go to this location all the time. Almost everytime I've been there with my fiance and 2 month old son this worker will follow my fiance around and literally ignore every other customer in the store to talk to my fiance. Honestly I didn't really care much at first however the last time we were there she again made a b line for my fiance (me my our 2month old son are literally always right there with him) and we were getting matching Naruto sweaters which she was aware of since he asked her if she could pull them from the top shelf. Then proceeded to only the take the security tag off of his while ringing up the items because again was too busy chatting up my fiance. This kind of stuff doesn't typically bother me. But as I said we go to this location frequently and the first few times we're cute but now you're literally so hung up on my man that you're causing me to have to drag my 2 month old back out to the mall to remove a security tag. Plus after the 8th time just be respectful. It's rude to continue to try and flirt with someone's significant other when their partner and child are right there. My fiance is awkward and a super kind person so he really just tries to avoid conflict and get in and get out. So a lot of the time he's caught off guard with this happens. But I just figured I'd say something because it's getting to a point where we don't want to come to this location anymore.

Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.

I walked in to use my boxlunch money and I found a really cute sweater and Sarah helped me alot! She took all the sizes down to help me figure out which one I need. She had a lot of patience with me. Thank you!

I expected more from this place? I didn't understand what my eyes were seeing. It's like someone vomited pop culture all over the place. From Disney Princesses to Anime to Star Wars to Hogwarts. It's like this place doesn't know what it wants to be and fails at being anything at all. If you're looking for a shop with an identity crisis, pop in and look around.
