HORRIBLE service experience. My car was stolen, crashed, and recovered. I have been trying to coordinate a mechanical inspection/estimate with BMW Seattle (I had been a longtime customer) while waiting for the body work to be done at Metro Auto Rebuild. It's been a nightmare dealing with BMW Seattle's Service Department.I have repeatedly been told conflicting things by different service agents. For example: (1) the first recommended they perform a "compression test" as part of a theft recovery inspection; another later sarcastically said compression tests are "never" recommended; (2) the first told me to bring the car in for inspection while waiting for Metro Auto to take the car in; another told me the next day BMW should not do anything until Metro took the car in first; (3) on Tuesday (11/21/23) one service agent told me the inspection could be completed the next day, or if not then by Friday 11/24 at the latest; when I followed up on Friday afternoon, I was told there were "no techs" in that day to do any inspections and nothing had been done on my car; (4) I was told at the outset we would work out the date for return of the free loaner car once the inspection was scheduled; then I received "invoices" showing daily charges for the same loaner car, before the inspection was scheduled (let alone completed), including charges for 140 miles driven (I've driven it no more than 20 miles and have not even returned it yet).My assigned service agent was out for five days, and the agent that was "taking care" of the absent agent's customers simply ignored my multiple voicemails. My voicemails to the general "Service" mailbox were likewise ignored. When the assigned agent returned, it was clear he had no idea of all the activity that had taken place while he was gone.I attempted to contact the Service Department through what I believed was a human being ("Quinn Johnson") who had reached out in response to an email from me asking for help. After several interactions I realized Quinn is a bot (but not disclosed as such). When, after several exchanges, I asked "Are you a bot?", she responded "Hi, I'm Quinn Johnson, sales assistant at BMW Seattle. How can I help you today?" Unbelievably insulting.BMW Seattle lost me as a customer. I highly recommend you not subject yourself to this kind of "service," unless you enjoy being ignored and insulted.

First, I’d like to thank my sales team, Mike and Adam, for the 5 STAR service they offered during the entire purchase process. Andy from Finance went over all documents and answered all my questions with a smile. BMW Seattle made my purchase experience very good and memorable. I had previously gone to another local dealership to look at the IX where I didn’t receive the same enthusiastic welcome. The friendly and approachable staff there is really what sold me. I’m now enjoying my first EV! Thanks BMW Seattle! I highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a used car from Chris at this dealership. Rachel helped with the F&I end. Not easily impressed and showed up “loaded for bear” expecting the model that most of us remember from 30 yrs ago. Paradigm shift… these guys were awesome in very way. Total professionals. Just what a BMW Dealer should be. Bravo. From a full tank of gas to an included warranty. no upsold “undercoating”..?. In fact, they installed weather tech mats because it’s the right thing to do for a nice car. Was in and out 1 hr. Very pleasant experience

Sales person Zack #3 was awesome!!! We handled almost everything entirely via text. He was prompt in getting back to me, ensuring I had all the details I needed, answering all my questions, and was very professional. The dealership is hands down one of the best I've ever worked with! I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that is in excellent shape and their detail of the Jeep inside and out was amazing! I will definitely refer people here! No pressure, all friendly, and the finance person was awesome and made the financial side of things very clear and easy to understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks everyone.

First, I’d like to thank my salesman Benson for the warm welcome when I first arrived and the superior five star customer service I received throughout my purchase process! I had previously gone to another local dealership to look at the i4 eDrive where I didn’t receive the same enthusiastic welcome. Literally night and day difference. BMW Seattle will now be my preferred dealership. The friendly and approachable staff there is really what sold me. I’m now enjoying my first EV! Thanks BMW Seattle! I highly recommend this dealership!

I am extremely disheartened by my experience with the service department. During a repair I was told my oil filter was collapsed due to it being plugged because the car wasn’t taken care of by me and had a lack of maintenance. The advisor said he could call my extended warranty and have it voided. He printed that out in my invoice and also highlighted it that the car had a lack of maintenance. I felt that was overly aggressive and also not true. On the next service the bottom of an old oil filter was found jammed in the bottom of the filter housing. This was completely overlooked by them and was causing the oil filter to appear collapsed. This should have been a simple, easy catch for them.

Worked with Benson for a custom ordered X7. Benson was great! Never pushy, answered our questions over text, and gave us reasonably accurate estimate on when the car would arrive.Prior to pickup, I provided Benson with what he needs for the transaction over messages, so by the time we came in to pick up the car, it was pretty straightforward set of paperwork for trade-in and contract signing and payment with finance. For a few moments on pickup day, there were some questions on whether the original trade-in appraisal done two months ago would be kept by dealership, but Benson did manage to keep to original appraised value, which I was quite happy with.

Had an absolutely great experience at BMW Seattle. Zach # 2 (they have 3 salesman named Zach ?) was great. He was very professional and welcoming. The process was very easy and well organized. Would and will highly recommend. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

We couldn’t afford a BMW, but Colin treated us just the same. He was very friendly, no pressure and very helpful all the way through the sales process. We love the van he helped us get for our family. Also, Andy, the finance manager was extremely helpful.

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned car. Patrick, Colin, and Randall were amazing and patience. I bought a car but was ultimately unhappy with the size, so they worked with me to get something that I was happy with instead of saying too bad like most dealerships would have. They made a potentially awful experience less stressful and easy. I would definitely buy a car from them again!

Response back to the manager on his commentary:That is correct, there was very minor paint damage to the front bumper which I disclosed, and the plastic casing around the front camera was cracked, but the camera and entire system was operational. Again, all disclosed with photos. What you fail to mention is 1) when I provided the VIN and the photos, your initial pricing seemed to indicate you looked up a baseline S4 because Zak then asked me to send him the window sticker when I did. From when I sent that window sticker, days went by and I had to reach out to Zak to get an update. Rather than give me an update on the pricing, he said "let's just discuss it when you come in to get the new car." That's a shady tactic. Basically "want to know what we will give you? Come in and we will tell ya!"Beyond that, other reviewers have said the same thing about the trade in valuations here. Further, I was buying a new car for my wife and at the dealership she bought a car for, they priced my car significantly higher than yours, WHILE LOOKING AT IT. I initially told Zak there were two potential car deals in the works if we could find something reasonable on the Z4. Nothing was done that incentivized me to try and buy my wife's car at your dealership, because you guys wanted to make the most you could on the Z4. I know you had no issue selling it, and if you actually wanted to earn my business, you could have called me, since you clearly have my information,

Wow! We had such a great experience working with Chris Brown and the team at BMW Seattle. Chris was helpful and friendly and it really felt like he was our advocate and not a salesperson. Our 8yo son and his friend were with us and were happy to hang out in such a great space with video games and toys and snacks and friendly faces. This was a really fun experience – and so far from car buying experiences I have had in the past. We will be back!

If I could give a zero star, I would.I am just glad that I am alive to write this review.I recently entrusted BMW Seattle with the servicing of my vehicle following a diagnostic test that recommended a thermostat replacement. Unfortunately, this trust was severely broken due to a terrifying experience that unfolded shortly after.Within 15 minutes of leaving the service center, my vehicle began issuing serious overheating warnings. These rapidly escalated, forcing me into a dangerous situation on the highway with a loss of acceleration and the necessity to activate the emergency hazard lights. My attempts to contact BMW Seattle within their working hours met with inadequate response, leaving me stranded and in panic.A subsequent inspection by another mechanic revealed that a coolant hose had not been properly secured during the service at BMW Seattle, leading to a catastrophic coolant leak and serious overheating issues. This negligence on their part not only compromised the safety of my vehicle but potentially endangered lives (my husband and my life) on the road.I am sharing this experience to underline the gravity of the situation and the evident lapse in service quality and safety standards at BMW Seattle. It is my sincere hope that no one else has to go through such a harrowing experience following a service appointment at this center. I am awaiting a responsible resolution to this critical safety issue from BMW Seattle.
