My motorcycle got stranded when I ran out of battery while picking up tabs next door at Bill Pierre Licensing. The gentlemen here helped me troubleshoot how to jump start my motorcycle! Totally above and beyond.

They wanted $700 to replace a seat switch that only cost $20 on Amazon and 15 minutes of my time. Worst customer service. They charged me to identify the problem that I already told them was wrong.

I called and visited this dealership this past Monday. I asked for a STOP LIGHT SWITCH because my local mechanic could not source the part; it's a dealership only part. The reason I needed it was because my park lights would stay on even after toggling the light switch dial thing on and off, and pressing the lock button on my remote multiple times.
I was told it was in stock and ready in 10 minutes. I arrived within 15 minutes, expecting for the part to be ready. I was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arrival because they're looking for the part. Cool. I wait for a total of 32 minutes before it was finally ready. I didn't know what a stoplight switch looked like because I don't really know anything about cars, so when they finally handed it to me, I was relieved to finally get out of there without my battery draining. I thought, hey, they're the dealership, they know what they're doing. They also gave me a discount for my wait time. OK cool.
I take it to my local mechanic, they inspect the part, and it's incorrect. I finally had the time to search for the part number tonivht and Bill Pierre Ford gave me a LIFT GATE LATCH SWITCH. WTF!!! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW YOUR OWN PARTS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A STOP LIGHT SWITCH! I later find out that the actual part I need has an interchangeable name of STOP LIGHT/STOP LAMP SWITCH.
I cannot return the part because the bag was opened (because it needed to be inspected by my mechanic. So yippee, I'm out $46.46 (at least it wasn't full price due to my wait).
Lesson learned: ask for a photo of dealership specific parts from my trusted local mechanic instead of blindly trusting a Ford dealership because even they don't know their own parts. Suffice to say, I am beyond frustrated. Fortunately, I found exactly the part I need online from Ford OEM Parts Direct. Never trust a dealership with anything, especially this one.

Great experience servicing my F150 with Greg Karras. He was very helpful and gave me constant updates on what they were working on. Complimentary Lyft is great.
Unfortunately, I had taken my truck for the same repairs to Ford Autonation Bellevue, but they had it for an entire month and never even touched it (no joke, it had cobwebs when I finally went to pick it up!). Pierre Ford fixed both my issues in 4 days! I will definitely come back.

I recently had a door latch replaced at this dealership and I frankly felt price gouged. The estimate was $800+ which I accepted because I did not have the time to comparative shop. After approval I googled "cost for door latch replacement" in my area for my vehicle ; the result was $300 to $500! The part cost $150 with 2 hours labor. The receipt indicated a $50 shop fee, you might be charged this for environmental oil disposal I thought. I inquired with the service representative as to the purpose of this fee; his response was: " use of shop, tools, rags, etc.". Are you kidding me, this is nothing more than a price gouging tax! If this wasn't enough they also charge 3% for credit card payment! Bottom line: $875 for a basic 2 hour job. Beware of predatory pricing policies from this dealership.

Had a recall fixed and they got me back on the road in 1 day. Awesome! Took them a minute to find my keys and the recommended services are way over priced. Over $700 to change transmission fluid. That's crazy.

So far, so great with my yearly maintenance, and now that text-based communication is available, scheduling is a breeze. Bill is consistently a pleasure to work with. I appreciated being able to easily get my tire repaired (nail) during my last maintenance appointment and the offer of free car pickup and delivery due to recalls was a delightful bonus (the driver was professional and personable)!

I can’t even begin to say my gratitude for Bill and the service department. Top notch customer service when we were broken into while visiting Seattle from Montana. He did everything he could above and beyond to get us back on the road in a very difficult time. These guys give you faith in humanity.

Had several service lights come on at once and the speedometer and hill assist stopped working.
What technician said (after 5+ hours of diagnostics): These $500 worth of repairs will fix most of your problem. We don’t have one of the parts so we can't fix everything, and without that part your ABS light will continue to be on (NO MENTION of any other issues that would remain if this part was not replaced).
What happened: none of the problems were fixed, speedometer and hill assist are still out, all of the service lights are still on not just ABS, and the car was still not safely drivable $700 later (higher cost because they also convinced me to get a new battery, which was potentially needed based on its age but had not caused me any problems up to this point). He claimed to have fixed a grounding issue that could have caused “other issues with the car” in the future, but again, the only visible problems were those described above and they were not fixed. He was happy to explain the ABS system in more detail, AFTER I had already paid for the other repairs.
It is now my responsibility to find the replacement part and bring the car back so they can install it “for labor costs only” (he said this like he was doing me a favor, but I can’t imagine what they could reasonably charge for besides labor, since they already did the diagnostic and wouldn’t be purchasing the part).
