Big five.. nostalgic. My parents seemed to love this place when I was a kid. We got all our shoes and sports stuff here. Only problem is it hasn’t changed since I was a kid… in the 80/90s!!? I went for things that I’ve seen at other locations and they weren’t here. People were fine.

Their website stated they closed at 9pm. We got there around 8:24pm and noticed the 8:30pm closing time on the door. Fine, it happens. We walk in and the 2 clerks look at us and say "sorry we close in 6 minutes", and wouldn't let us in. I said, "I know what we want" to which they responded "sorry". They turned away a second customer and were locking the door at 8:26pm. I don't ever complain but this is getting ridiculous. What the hell happened to customer service.

Went in to get my son his track shoes. The guy that were in the shoe department was only helpful when he had to go get a size. Asked a question and we got the brush off. Hopefully if I got back in this doesn't happen again.
