In store is fine, and I generally have a good experience, but never order delivery. I’m not sure who packs their orders, but they don’t notify you when items are out of stock or they substitute other things that make no sense.

The employees are great. The selection of beer is good and has many great options but is relatively limited. They have a much larger selection of wine and spirits.

This wherehouse-style beverage store has the worst frequent purchaser program there is around. Originally I was told to give my phone number each time I made a purchase and I would receive some discount coupons for future purchases. I have yet to receive anything in over three years. Recently they told me that I needed an app but my phone cannot handle the digital space it requires. They also seem not to be able to keep in stock the excellent Great Divide's Yeti Stout, a favorite if mine. They have had stouts & porters that one cannot find in any of the surrounding grocery stores. They also have a good variety of liquor and wine.

If you are looking for any type of limited-release product or allocated bottle, go somewhere else as you won't get a straight answer here. Unfortunately, they keep allocated bottles in the back (not visible to customers) and it's a roll of the dice if an employee will be honest about what they have. They claim to put it all on the shelves but that's not the case (proven). Total wine has better selection, more honest allocation process and friendlier customer service so would recommend going there instead.

This is like a one stop shop. Wide selection of spirits, friendly service, parking available, and tacos while you shop. Conveniently located as well. Folks are knowledgeable, especially in bourbon. Be sure to meet the friendliest guard dog, Loki, while you're in.
