The staff is very nice. But very inefficient. I was hoping to have my ring size changed and was told I could find out the price a week apart at the latest. But no one called me after a week to inform me, I only found out when I called and enquired myself. If this week is the time to change ring sizes, then I'm ok with waiting. But just telling me the price, I have to wait a week for nothing, and I don't understand why. Not to mention the price was much higher than expected. I was looking forward to my ring but after waiting for a week I was no longer in the mood to wear it.

Karina was absolutely lovely to work with. After greeting me at the door and offering me a hot beverage she took a solid half hour looking at multiple different options with me until I made a selection. Exceptional Service! Everyone I dealt with was so kind!I tried changing the battery on a Timex Ironman watch, but couldn't get it to turn on. Took it into Ben Bridge in U Village perhaps 30 mins ago and talked to the gentlemen at the desk. He took me to their watch technician, Sam, who paused with the watch that he was working on, fixed my watch, put a new pin in one of the wristbands, and reinstalled the gasket and cover on the watch, all in less than 10 mins. Didn't get charged for anything!

In the last few months I've used Ben Bridge Jewelers in University Village for various needs, polish Sterling, watch battery replacement, etc., I've always been very well treated, and the service is accomplished in a timely way.
