Really cool place, has lots of different size storage units to chose from. Right down the street from pike place market. Super friendly staff. Go get yourself some storage.

Belltown Storage is great. Tripp the manager is awesome, he's gone above and beyond to help me on a few occasions. I've always found him to be professional and kind .I've also never had a problem parking in the lot, pro tip: theres a couple spots on the street out front dedicated to loading.This is a good spot if you live in the area. I found it convenient and never had any issues whatsoever.

The online system made us register everything twice. There is no place to park your car, and the attendant made us move to a parking garage to pay for parking while we used the van. Attendant was not very nice. Try some place else. From what I see on the reviews, many people have experienced this same poor level of service.

Tripp made it really easy when I had to check in and check out a uhaul!Super friendly and clear.Definitely way better than any actual uhaul location!I will be back for sure.

0/10I setup a U-Haul rental at Belltown Self Storage for pick-up at my desired time, and for drop off at 11:30 pm. I received a confirmation email of my rental, looked good @ 8:31 am. I received another email at 9:06 am which looked like a duplicate to me (mistakes happen) because the overall format was the same, and the only difference (which I didn't notice at the time) was that my reservation had been changed WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, OR ATTEMPT TO SIGNIFY THE CHANGE. The drop off date and time had changed to the following day at 10:00 am. Again this happened WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE.I show up at pick-up time, and the guy working the desk told me about these changes as I was signing the documents. But it was too late, I already had made plans to use this truck and couldn't afford to wait til tomorrow for another one. Let me be clear, he required me to keep this truck overnight because 'he doesn't do night time drop off', and this caused a host of nightmares and made for one of the longest days of my life. There are two options for me to do with this truck overnight, one is find a parking garage or lot that can fit the 7'2" height requirement for the smallest van you can rent from U-Haul and pay an additional $25-40 depending on where you can find a spot, or drive half an hour to the suburbs and park for free. Well after five hours of manual labor my girlfriend and I took two hours to sort out parking and get home. THEN IN THE MORNING WE BOTH HAD TO TAKE OFF WORK TO RETURN THE STUPID TRUCK.I give this place a zero out of ten, not even half a point. The owner could have been clear by calling me (U-Haul texted me all the time) or emailing me directly, to explain after I had made the reservation WHY it needed to be changed and give me an opportunity to CANCEL but no such action was taken. This guy has a complete disregard for anyone other than himself. Because make no mistake, if I had known I WOULD HAVE CANCELED; the whole point of the U-Haul app is the convenience of dropping it off whenever you want. Or at the very absolute minimum he could have offered to setup a drop-off at a different location that does have night time drop-off.I do not recommend this business if you value your time or money. Go to a U-Haul place in the suburbs where you can drop off the truck when you're actually done with it.0/10

I rented a storage unit for nearly 1 year and had excellent service from the staff! The unit was very affordable, and I appreciate the free service of lifting gurneys for furniture. The units still have some humidity, but what can you expect from a basement unit in Seattle. Thank you!

Such a great and simple pick up and drop off. Tripp was amazingly helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a uhual downtown! Clean Easy and Painless ?? 10/10

Convenient location and easy to book a truck via the U-Haul App. Mr. Tripp were helpful and communicative. Recommend checking operating hours as the location does not support online check-in/drop-off.

Rude, just rude... literally made me drop my reservation on the spot. Uhaul isn't the best, but the service and behavior that was exhibited at this site was absolutely abhorrent.

Such a horrible location. Go to any other U-Haul. First off the guy working here is a j**** We Debated coming since it’s off third and sure enough it was poor service and rundown with homeless people everywhere outside.

Two stars because it's a semi-convenient location for downtown. We had no issues for quite a few years except the area is super sketchy and sometimes there are homeless folks in the garage. However the last few years the website will say it is open but then we stop by and it's completely closed. Such a massive waste of our time and energy and completely ruins plans. This has happened repeatedly in the last two years now. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt- maybe whoever was on staff that day had a family emergency or was out to lunch..... but this has happened FAR too many times for that to be the case. If you truly want a storage facility you can rely on and access when needed - this is not it.
