I needed home insurance along with earthquake... OMG.... This San Diego office with a Seattle address is a waste of time. I had a three week window to find an insurance before the other policy expired... Dusty? Could not return a phone call 3 TIMES!!!! Good lick to a business with POOR customer service!

Moved to CA mid last year and State Farm's auto and home insurance rates were so high out here so I did some rate shopping. I spent a lot of time getting quotes from almost every company Google provided me info on and Belltown came out on top, using one of those companies I had separately gotten a quote on. They must get a discount of some sort because even when I called the company personally (out of incredulity), and spent time getting another quote, I couldn't even get the same price Belltown did. So of course I enrolled through Belltown. Better pricing, I can email or call Ed with any question or task during business hours without going though a million phone menu options, and get quick response! I haven't gotten into any accidents and there was one question Ed where apologized and said I had to call the insurance company directly but that experience was surprisingly painless. So far only positives!

I worked with Holden Knecht at BIG to purchase my home, earthquake, and auto coverage. Holden presented me with several options and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I increased my coverage and my premiums were lower than before. The process was quick and easy, so I'd recommend Holden and BIG to anyone looking for help with insurance!

$75 per month renters insurance... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Agents come and go like the wind. Poor representation. Poor service. Poor communication. I overpaid renters insurance because of improper representation through Belltown. Would not recommend doing business here under any circumstance.Reply: You were to manage my insurance needs. I paid $75 per month renters insurance. You let me auto policy laps when lost a card and was not notified. If you are my insurance agent doing a good job You would have called me or emailed to say the auto direct payment did not go through. Being an agent is more than just selling policies. You cost me thousands. You called and i explained this to you. Now you state that you are here to help? AgainI DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU.

We've been working with Mary Hodges at BIG for a few years now and she is the absolute best! We found BIG after a terrible experience with another insurance company and could not be happier with them. Mary is so sweet and helpful and always takes the time to explain things and is good at finding ways to help us save money. The few interactions I've had with her colleagues have been excellent as well. I highly recommend working with BIG and Mary!

I had the chance to work with Ed, and let me tell you it was a pleasure working with him. He was responsive, competent, and reliable. I was in a rush to set up my home owners insurance due to upcoming closing date, and he expedited my request and was able to work through my needs accordingly. Would definitely recommend.
