Ordered Organic mattress. We were misled, it wasn't organic, it had toxic fumes that made us very sick. And it was 4 inches too narrow and two inches short. Stop cheating you customers.Skip this place if you value your health and quality. Customer service is one of the worst I have encountered.

Today we purchased Harrison Spinks Northumberland Beds, Luxury toppers, and adjustable bases from Vic, who took the time to find out our special needs and wants. Vic was exceptionally knowledgeable in what he thought we would feel comfortable in, and he was spot on. Having just arrived here and still waiting for our furniture to arrive, he immediately let us know they would provide us with a bed while we were waiting for the new one we ordered. Outstanding service all around.

Got referred here by a friend and had a great experience. Vic showed me a latex mattress which I was a little bit skeptical of...but he answered all my questions and gave me more than enough info to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Very knowledgeable and not pushy, but really helpful. Probably will end up getting a couch from him as well. Definitely will be back and refer friends and family.

So incredibly happy with my new mattress and bed frame. Pam helped walk me through best practices to pick the right mattress for me, allowing me plenty of time and space to ensure I got what was right for me. The hassle free delivery, assembly, and removal of my old mattress was also SUCH a superior experience to any other mattress store. And knowing they were recycling my old mattress was great peace of mind. Thanks to Matt and Will for being so respectful of my space and doing such a great job with this.Been over 2 weeks w/ my new bed and I’m only sad it took me so long to get this in the first place. Thank you!

We walked in at 530pm on a Thursday and Armon was there waiting to help us find the perfect mattress. He was friendly, charming, handsome, and totally dedicated to getting us the best mattress at the best price! We walked out with everything we needed, well within our budget. Thanks Armon! I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.

My husband and I went to Bedrooms and More to purchase a new mattress and bed frame. Armon is the name of the fellow who helped us, and he provided outstanding customer service. He was very patient, kind, down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the products that we purchased and are grateful for such a positive shopping experience. This company went above and beyond for me!!! Wish they were closer! I live in SC and desperately wanted to purchase 2 lamps that had been discontinue. One was on display and could not be shipped without much effort from the sales manager, Sean, who worked with me from the start. I couldn't be happier, both lamps being shipped to SC for me! If this store was closer, I would be a lifetime customer! A+ on customer service!! thank you, Sean!!!

They won’t allow my review on their website so I’ll post it here. Do not buy their pillows. They go flat almost immediately. And they charge for extra stuffing. My queen size pillow fits into a 16”x16” throw pillow cover. Definitely not worth the price.

The reason I'm updating my review is that I had, what in my experience, was a very unusual thing happen. The owner of the company, not only called, but made a trip out to correct the situation with my mattress. Needless to say, I'm very impressed. I haven't experienced this kind of service in more than thirty years. It renews your faith!

Had such a lovely experience working with Victor to find my perfect mattress, he was kind, patient, and so informative! From walking through the doors of the shop to the delivery people leaving my home everything has been perfect. I look forward to many years of the sleep on my new extra firm king bed!

Customer Service personified! The attention I received from a sales representative who REALLY listened and asked incisive, astute questions was so appreciated and so very helpful. I only went to purchase a pillow but it was The Best pillow I've ever slept on. Seriously. They let me try out several of them! When it is time for a new mattress, THIS is the store I will go to. If you stop by and see for yourself, I think you'll come to a similar conclusion! Very highly recommended!
