Getting a jacket made here was an excellent experience. They allow you to choose even the smallest details just like a true bespoke tailor, but at MTO prices. Not to mention how friendly and great to work with Carl is. If you need tailored clothing in Seattle, this is the spot!

My experience with Carl at Beckett & Robb was very disappointing. Orders were incorrectly placed, the arrival of the garments was up to four months late and ill-fitting. This was a large expense which required the services of a local tailor to repair. Additional costs- Beckett & Robb is pricey and lacks value for service. Carl is friendly and entertaining. I never felt Carl enjoyed adequate support making it impossible for him to honor commitments made to customers. Don't recommend the store.

I would recommend not going here. First shirt took 1 1/2 months long then promised. Was wrong in many places. The collar was ridiculously big. Second shirt came quicker, some improvements, collar still obnoxiously large. Brought the shirts to goodwill because don’t want to look at my wasted $165. Also do not feel like they are able to make it right.

Carl is literally the best at what he does. Helped me build a three piece for my wedding. the results far exceeded my expectations. couldn't be happier with the end product. can't wait to work with him again. if you live in the seattle area and need a suit or jacket. this is the man you must go see. best suits best customer experience.

Carl at the Seattle Beckett & Robb was so amazing. I needed a tux for my wedding. My (then) fiancé and I went together to the store and immediately Carl was incredibly helpful in finding out exactly what we were looking for. He asked her about her dress and saw photos to help him make sure that my tux would not only go with it, but would be stunning enough to be photographed alongside of it. Throughout the entire process he was very helpful and would follow up when needed. It got to the point where it felt like I was working with a friend, not a business. The customer service was off the charts. In the end I was so happy with the way my tux looked…and my (now) wife was thrilled with the result. Thank you Carl!

Highly recommend this store and working with Carl. I have been buying work suits for 12 years in multiple cities and this was the best experience I've had. My advice is to take Carl's suggestions. He knows what he's talking about. He's patient. He's thoughtful. He was right about everything in terms of fabric, fit, selections, and adjustments. I've bought 25 suits in the past ten years. This shop is the best (I rank SuitSupply as the worst in terms of quality, value, and experience - just avoid it if you care about any of these things). Beckett & Robb say this in the store and on the website: "We will make it right," and they mean it. Bought two suits, a blazer, and two shirts had a few adjustments. Could not be happier. Thank you to Carl for the time, effort, and thought you put into my experience.

I had a great experience working with Carl to design the perfect tuxedo for my wedding. From the beginning to end, Carl was attentive, punctual and responsive. I really appreciated his opinion on what “works well” and what is “timeless” both in the materials and fit. Everything looked and felt great throughout my whole wedding day. Would 100% recommend Carl to anyone looking for a tux or suit in the Seattle area!

To say that Beckett & Rob is an amazing service in both experience and quality would be a tremendous understatement. Everything from beginning to end was beyond seamless (no pun intended), and the product is absolutely beautiful. Carl's exceptional knowledge into all the services he offers is complimented by his attitude and professionalism. Needless to say, the suit fit amazing. The quality is unrivaled and everything was even better than I had imagined. Do yourself a favor and go see Carl at Beckett & Robb. Be sure to make an appointment! It's very easy to do online.

Carl is the best! I went to numerous department stores and custom suit builders to find a suit for my wedding and Carl did the best job. He was super professional and very informative. During the process I learned so much about how a suit should fit and I never felt pressure to make a decision about any details or to purchase a suit from them. When I finally decided to have suit made for me from Beckett & Robb Carl nailed it and my suit came out perfect. Everyone at our wedding commented on how well my suit fit and how great it looked. Additionally, this was some of the best customer service I have experienced in any purchase I have ever made. Well worth it and super happy about the product. I will buy another suit from here in the near future. Thanks Carl!

Very disappointed with Beckett & Robb, and Carl in particular. I needed a custom suit for my wedding in Hawaii ~6 weeks away, and Carl assured me he could have it made and available a week in advance of the big day and before my flight out. The suit did not make it to Seattle by the promised date and Carl had to overnight it to Hawaii the day before my wedding, where it arrived at my hotel as a disaster. The lapels were misaligned by about 8 inches (see photo), there were loose threads (see photo), the custom patch with my wedding date had the wrong date on it, and it had belt loops rather than the side adjusters I had ordered. Needless to say, Carl did not help me look my best for my wedding.
When I returned to Seattle and brought the suit back to Carl to get fixed, he didn’t seem particularly apologetic. He offered no discount for his failure to provide a quality garment for the wedding, and told me it would take two months to fix.
Also worth noting that there is zero recourse at Beckett & Robb: the "main office" is a inbox/voicemail that doesn't return emails/calls (I tried both), so there is no way to escalate and Carl is the only person you will be able to get a hold of.
I’ve had custom suits made before (used Klein Epstein & Parker which did a fantastic job) so I guess my expectations were high. I won't use Carl / Beckett & Robb again, and I would advise anyone else to be particularly wary for any time-sensitive needs. I still don’t have a fixed suit in my possession 6 weeks after the promised delivery date.
