Jasmine was so helpful! They were all out of my fav Strawberry Snowflake foamy hand wash and she was so helpful finding me a viable product! (The one I found had a broken top) She was so kind ✨and found me a replacement! My holiday season will smell so sweet!

BBW is my all time favorite for my house hand gel soaps. The different variety of scents and sale prices are incredible. This location is my all time. Favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible customer service and racism. I buyer over 10 products and manager would only give me 1 bag while giving other customers 3&4 bags. She was mistreating me and all of her customers were on her side letting her racism get through. All of this discrimination and islamaphobia infront of my kids. Ever employee should get fired so horrible horrible

Needed to restock on some items and it was a busy shopping Saturday. The mall was full as was the store. Displays were stocked full and the floor associates were helpful. I grabbed a few random things and put them in my basket and headed to the checkout. The person ringing me up, Terri, was very friendly and helpful. She pointed out that if I grabbed one more item, I would basically be getting them for free. I appreciate her good salesmanship and helping a customer get value. Great experience!
