I picked up some medicine for my mom. The staff provided instructions on how to administer the medication and issued some warnings. However, it turns out the information was completely incorrect. Just be aware of that.

Worst pharmacy. It takes days, multiple calls and in person visits to get a prescription filled from them. They seldom have the prescription when they say they will have it. I've actually seen people with appointments for vaccines get turned away after waiting on long lines because in reality this pharmacy didn't have the vaccine promised onsite.

A total dump, the fifth circle of hell. Pharmacy no longer pretends to answer their phone, the prescriptions are never filled, the shelves are empty. The place looks like it’s going out of business soon, and I hope it does.

I'm done. The staff is generally great and seem to try hard. That said this store is a shadow of its former self.The pharmacy is an organizational disaster. Their automated system informs you that prescriptions are ready when they aren't. The phones go unanswered. The lines sometimes extend to the end of the aisles.The shelves are frequently empty or missing key stock items. On a recent trip I was unable to find athletic tape. On another trip they were out of hydrogen peroxide. A third trip, no envelopes.The final straw was my attempt this week to get passport photos. While they still have the equipment to take the photos, after waiting in line, I was told that they can no longer do so. They have one person working the entire store which means they are unable to support passport photos. The Walgreens on 85th had four people working and took our photos smoothly.My family has moved our prescriptions and I've stopped wasting my time in this store.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are always very friendly here. They have had everything in stock whenever I've come in. Even if I had to wait 20 minutes for my prescription it's fun to shop at this store while I wait!

Bartell’s used to be an excellent drugstore — not anymore. Too much turnover, too much confusion, too little staffing and service ever since Rite Aid bought out the chain. Avoid like the plague!

West Coast Commercial Realty owns Piper Village, and this building that Bartells runs business out of. They use Shamrock LLC a parking enforcement agency to liberally put tickets on every single car in the lot. Nothing against Bartells. But I'd find someplace else to shop unless you want to get scammed by WCCR or Shamrock. And Bartells, Id have a conversation with your property manager if you don't want pissed off customers. Don't shop anywhere in this Piper Village!

Omgosh, the pharmacy manager is AWFUL!! She yells, she’s rude and absolutely disrespectful towards my doctor’s prescription instructions. My doctor and nurse were appalled that she told me that the RX was insufficient.. when did a pharmacist start becoming the doctor?? Don’t trust her.. she’s wrong!!!

Nasty women working the counter! Horrible person, terrible service!! She’s fake blonde 50 n ugly, treats people like garbage. Update// WOW!! This place just keeps screwing me! Sent me home , off by birthdate by a day,, came back to a 11/2 hour line!!!

Pharmacy Staff were amazing, helpful, people were so disrespectful and rude them but they still were professional.I don’t what is wrong with people, being so insensitive, inpatient and expect prescriptions to be ready in 5 minutes. Then going online to complain after they were so disrespectful and rude

Extremely unprofessional and the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If you try and call they will pick up the phone and hang it up. Unbelievably rude.

My dog is in heart failure and takes human medication for it meaning I go to this pharmacy as it's the closest one. They are constantly not filling my prescription and then when it is filled i have to wait 40 mins in line to pick up the medication. Not including the song and dance I have to go through each pick up explaining yes, it is for a dog, no I don't have ID for him he is a dog and yes I would like it as soon as possible he needs this medication to live. If i were picking this up for a human this would be devastating the way I don't have access to his life saving medication. As well as the fact that the staff ARE NOT NICE
