I love this place so much, I decided to join the team as a staff member last year and work for this studio! If that's not true love, I don't know what is. Barre3 fam is the best!

This place is a great workout! Like other Barre3 workouts, you start with some aerobic cardio (think lots of squats) followed by legs, cardio with arms, seatwork, abs, ending with stretching. This Barre3 is very large with 2 studios and a large bathroom with a shower (yay) great for getting ready. Having done a lot of barre at a lot of different studios, I can say that this Barre3 is quite good. The instruction is consistent and I definitely come out feeling sore! This studio is a lot more cardio so if you are looking for more traditional barre this is not the place. My one complaint about Barre3 is that the workout structure is the same and it actually doesn't feel like much of a workout after a while. This studio has great specials like 49 for the first two weeks and first month for 108. So definitely worth checking out and trying out the specials!!!

I've been here a few times with ClassPass. I've gone early in the morning and there's always plenty of street parking, but I would imagine at busier times parking would be hard to find as it's near a lot of restaurants and stuff. The studio is very clean and staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful. The instructors always check in with you before class and give you a brief rundown if you're new.

I love Barre3 and especially the Capital Hill studio. Barre3 has helped me to stop body shaming myself and allows me to accept myself as I am.

I love visiting other studios when I travel and this one was spacious and inviting with a super friendly staff and a challenging old school b3 workout!

I love this studio! The instructors are the best. The workout focuses on functional strength and inner balance, not aesthetic goals. It’s a refreshing break from other classes I’ve taken that push calorie burn and weight loss. I always leave class feeling empowered and refreshed!

I still like going here occasionally, but Its really not what it used to be 4-5 years ago. The music is boring, and work out has also become monotonous. I literally zone out for a minute because it's the same movement over and over again. Endless squats. So boring. No more push ups at the burn that gave the chest and arm burn anymore. Planks aren't held as long. It's the same tempo the whole class. They used to diversify. So sad, wish I didn't buy the package.

I'm on ClassPass and have been taking barre classes for almost 3 years (over 200+ classes). This isn't really barre. It is pretty much a light aerobics class. It isn't a very good workout, very little toning and strength. Stick with Pure Barre, The Bar Method, or FlyBarre. If you want light stretching and aerobics (and are elderly or very out of shape), this is a good class for you.

I've taken a lot of barre classes - some are uninspired and others masochistic, with music blasting and instructors bellowing into their mic like sergeants. Barre3 is different. The instructors are thoughtful, knowledgeable, inspiring, encouraging and communicative. I have been coming to Barre3 (in multiple locations around Seattle) for over a year and I have never been so strong, and I so enjoy my hour in the studio!

I love this barre3 studio! I've been floating around Seattle using my ClassPass membership to feel out different barre classes and locations, and I've had a lot of luck at this one. You do have to pay for street parking here, but I can always find a spot right out front of the studio, and paying for only an hour isn't so bad. I just love how big and welcoming this studio is. They always have wonderfully scented candles burning and inspirational quotes up on a board near the lockers. It's super clean with lots of room to relax and walk around before or after class. If I were to sign up for a barre3 membership at any of the Seattle studios, this would be the one I'd pick! If you're new to barre3, you won't be disappointed coming here. :)

I loved the class I took here! Super friendly, positive (not shaming) environment, great music, and I'm a perfect amount of sore. I'll be back for sure.

I tried different ClassPass activities but can never seem to find my groove. I gave Barre3 a shot last night and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was just my second time doing Barre so it's still a little hard but the instructor made sure that you can follow her. Easy to understand moves. Cozy feel of the studio. I absolutely loved Barre3!!!!!
