Not only is the atm dangerous but I tried to deposit cash into my account last second to pay my bills and the atm ate my money and after said it’s out of service. Now have to wait till the next morning to get help

B of A customer for 20+ years. Employees at this branch have always been kind and helpful — main reason I still have an account, despite nickel and diming B of A does to its customers. Stone Way branch now closes at 4 PM — too early. The two not-for-profit credit unions on Stone Way are the way to go

I visited this branch to ask for a wire transfer. The banker typed in the info and printed out the document without confirming with me on the computer screen. I went through the paper and caught the typo on the transfer amount. The banker then took the paper back and showed me the screen this time. I caught two more typos. I was shocked and disappointed.

The worst bank, always one teller which is ridiculous for the community this bank serves. I've been coming here for the last year for work deposits. Coming from a banking background for over 12 years I know it's not the employees. Corporate and DM needs to do better.

After 17 years I think I’m finally ready to move all my accounts over to a credit union. Between this branch being particularly unreliable and the institution as a whole making even the most simple of banking functions inexplicably difficult I’m just done. I stuck with Bank of America for too long and now they are nothing but a disappointment.

2 people working. 1 on the window, 1 with other business. Question, is it the service that you provide to your customers? Customers can wait(that’s how you think guys)for sure you don’t care. That’s how you loose the customers. Just tired waiting every time on the line. Getting my money out of the bank and switching to Wells Fargo,at least they respect their customers and wait time!

Odd hours, randomly closes with no announcement or information on closure posted to map apps like other businesses do. If you catch them open they're okay

The people here are nice and the service is good, but they unexpectedly closed on Saturday, which is when I am usually available to do my banking activities. This change wasn't posted online so I didn't see it until I drove up to the bank. Pretty unprofessional.

I've been using their ATM to get $20 bills and then asking to change it to quarters inside. Been doing this for years to operate the laundry machine in my building.They've been giving me grief lately about giving quarters to a non-member, and today refused to exchange the full 20. I don't get this. I paid $3 to withdrawal from an ATM which is more than fair, and I should be able to get the denominations I need.Fun fact - my very first banking account was with Bank of America. However I graduated college near 2009, had trouble finding a job, and didn't appreciate BoA charging me $10 a month for not having a job to direct deposit to my account. I only had a couple hundred dollars to my name at the time.

This ATM is not safe. Watch out for the group of alley lurkers, who wait for you to withdraw funds.

I've gone several times and there has been homeless people hanging out by the ATM machine. security seems to stay inside. I've had to go inside myself and ask for security or somebody to come out and help monitor while I use the ATM. this has been during the day, management needs to listen to customer complaints.
