If you ever wanna open up an account or ever need anybody to help or have any questions that somebody will take the time to listen.Because we all go through things in life.But when you have a child die and you don't know who to turned to.I'll tell you one person to go to Daniel Jeon him and the branch manager Let's get real the whole staff at the Westwood village branch.We're very helpful and understanding. Losing my son with one thing But trying to get all his financials in order Bank of america help me out with the people they have hired thereThere are some awesome people there. THEY ARE THE BOMB....

First of all, I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm a child, which is what 3 employees did simply because I couldn't understand their very thick accents. I was exceedingly polite while they each glared or just dismissed me completely. Second, why did they all act as if my money belonged to them and if I wanted to make a withdrawal from my new account I had to jump through hoops and blindly accept their weird and obnoxious excuses for why I had to wait for DAYS?? They claimed "bank policy" which I later discovered wasn't true. Also, they made me go back home to fetch a piece of paper, which took me 2 bus rides and a whole hour, only to NOT EVEN ASK FOR THE DAMN PAPER WHEN I GOT BACK!!I don't feel like kissing their butts again just to access MY MONEY THAT THEY CHARGE ME TO HOLD!!! BoA is a joke...and not the funny kind.

Steve is the worst manager I have ever dealt with at any Bank of America, uneducated with their own requirements. My wife and I came in to change her last name on our Joint account with our marriage certificate, new ssn card showing the new last name, the new ID and they still would not let us change her last name because the marriage certificate doesn’t show the new last name. You cannot change your last name until after the marriage certificate is created. The name was changed at social security admin office and at the DMV but they won’t allow a last name change on our joint account with both of us there and want the state to create a new specific document for them. Please educate Steve, I see why he is your Saturday manager. Went to another Bank of America location and changed the name no issue.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Bank of America. Called about receiving a temporary debit card for a lost one and was laughed at and told that Bank of America hasn’t given out physical temporary cards for over a decade. I told her that can’t possibly be true because I’ve been given a temporary card within the last few years. She told me that I was lying. Well, I did a simple google search and Bank of America didn’t offer a digital card through their app until 2019. You might want to get your information straight before you call a customer a liar.

I had the most wonderful BOA banking experience with Daniel Jeon and I very highly recommend him to anyone with in person banking needs! He seems to go above and beyond and even called a few days later as well as emailed with checking in on me with a follow up and to let me know he’s there should I have anymore concerns or questions or need any in person banking services going forward. terrible customer service if i could give this a negative review i would the guy was rude who was a customer rep. Ive banked here for 22 years with my business account Im moving my elsewhere. We are done.
