The clerk made a bank error that cost my parents money. Tried phoning over 50 times trying to rectify the situation. Made an appointment that no employee showed up to. The bank kept the money and the staff tried to collude to cover their error. The staff are so unprofessional. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Don't even try calling this location with any questions. You can call right when they open and you'll still get a message that everyone is assisting other customers and never get ahold of anyone. When you go in, be prepared for a long line and to be told you could have just called in for what you're doing and saved a trip to the bank.

I went to this branch to make a withdrawal and I forgot my debit card the women over the counter was so mean and rude to me, I went to the manger to get some help one lady came and told me that they’re short with staffing really I wish I have a job like that oh BTW we’re short we can’t see you today☺️ so I can’t see the manager but she gave me to options which is ok I did what exactly she told me to do and I went to the different person over the counter however the previous women keep telling the other guys he can’t do it and I have to wait even if she has a customer with her. I tried to close my account and get my money but they told me they don’t accept walking!

Been going around circles with them at this branch, and they still do not care about customer safety, used to be you entered on the north side and exited the south end. now people enter and exit north side walking next to each other...no social distancing at all. And when you look at the response below you can tell they are not reading this at all. They will ask me to go to social media where I was just ignored. Yes this is home for Covid.

I refuse to come to this location anymore they do not protect the customers, no social distancing people exit and have to walk right next to you, management does not care about my concerns, just ignored me.

This is the place to go if you would like Covid-19, just try standing in the business line and count how many people walk right next to you exiting the building....they protect themselves but do not care about the customers.

Hours, they seem to be changing and yet when I and others show up to your front doors there is no signage telling us of changes. You went from a Google Business listing showing Tuesday/Wednesday a week ago and then after the last time I checked to closures now being Thursday/Friday.What is it, or better yet, when?Are you closing down this branch, do you have staffing issues, do I need to go over to the South Center Mall location from now on. So many questions yet no one to answer them as I might show up on Monday and your hours might have changed yet again.Paul

Terrible service only two tellers at most and you wait 25 min to get to one. Ugh!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Long lines and usually will take almost 30 minutes to complete a transaction at the teller. During their busy hours which is around lunch time, there are only 2 tellers available.

In person they are helpful but why doesn’t anybody answer the phone?!! Or at least have a voicemail so they can call back like a normal business.
