Worst service EVER. ALWAYS PACKED and not efficient the way they could have someone answer basic questions.. but they rather have EVERY ONE WAIT IN LINE FOR HRS for something that SOOO simple like do you have any bank book?

Have little smile and saying thank you goes a long way in customer services industry. Employees at this bank has no smile and the teller have no smile nor says thank you after providing service which very sad and not a pleasant service. Hope this changes and management will educate the employees of importance of customer service. Bank of America Northgate mall Seattle

Lobby hours are different than posted hours online. It might be useful to customers in the future to keep the doors open to the posted hours. It's not like you have to clean the grill and mop the floors. Try to stay open at least close the amount of hours every other business does.

No one likes to wait in line. It's frustrating, but I can honestly say it's worth the wait. It's hard to find a bank with actual human beings these days--Tellers, Bankers, and even Managers. The employees here are so kind and understanding. They've gone the extra mile to help me out in difficult situations; handling it with nothing but grace. Their interpersonal skills are immaculate and they've never disappointed me in their ability to problem solve. Wonderful people. This is my Go-To Branch and considering the excellent customer service I don't see that changing anytime soon.

There was only one teller and about eight people in line. When someone asked another staff member about it she simply replied she did not know who was working the counter. I feel bad for the tellers can other bankers not help them out? This is a company account but if it were up to me I would switch banks as I experience this at almost every location.
