If you value your time, I highly recommend not coming to this location even with an appointment. I came around 2:50pm for my 3:00pm start, 3:30pm end appointment and wasn't helped until 3:30pm. The only reason they even acknowledged me is because I had to grab the representative as he left his office space and showed him my appointment.Also, he asked everyone in the waiting room what they needed help with , except for me (didn't even look at me)Also the manager's explanation of it being busy because of the holidays seems like a poor excuse. My rep seemed to not even know he even had an appointment scheduled today - seems just like poor management.

I cannot even begin to fathom what is going on with this B of A branch. After waiting almost 45 minutes, Marco and his supervisor examined my check for another 20 minutes, and told me to leave them to their process. No 'Maam,' no 'please,' and definitely no 'thank you' were ever uttered by the three otherwise unoccupied males who took my check drawn on BofA to 'do their process' for another 20 minutes.Marco Zhou in particular behaved in a way that made me feel unvalued as a customer and unwanted as a customer. I have never met a more arrogant and haughtily behaved banker. Dismissive. Disrespectful. Lack of basic courtesies. I will be closing my account there and moving my money to a branch where I do not ever have to deal with this condescending jerk again.

I really appreciate the employees at this bank when I finally get through the line. They're very nice human beings and it's not their fault that the corporate billionaires in charge keep cutting staff, expecting fewer employees to do more and more work. It's the same with story with every corporation in America. My three stars is for the corporate thieves. I'm especially annoyed today as I see that the open hours have been cut from 10 AM to 4 PM. Closed Saturdays and Sundays. Really??!!! How are working people supposed to deal with that?!! We have a lot of folks on Beacon Hill that are working their asses off for corporate America. When can THEY get in and talk to someone when they need more help than an ATM machine can offer? I have flexible work hours, most Frontline workers don't. :-/ Finally moving my meager savings OUT of this suck hole.

9/29/21 RevisedSo 6 months later and nothing has changed. Full lobby once again and 1 teller. Reason I am going to close my account and just signed up with a credit union. If you want good service stay away from bank of America...Ridiculous. Oh and after waiting for 20min. I was only able to get 1roll of quarters.Standing in front of the bank with employees inside relaxing and door is locked. No signs outside or on the door. Horrible service and way to go. Also please note how the "owner " left a reply for me to contact them on Facebook. I did and they just told me to go some other place. Lol if I could give zero star, I would. If you like customer service, Find a new banking service.

The taller is so rude and she seems to be unhappy to help me with filling up the deposit slip which it wouldn't take a 1 minute for her to do so she told me to go do it in and go wait in line again totally not coming to this branch usually tellers are nice.

This place is ALWAYS understaffed. Because it is a busy site with common customers. Management at this location should think about hiring more people to timely support the Beacon Hill community.
