Lacey Whitwer is deserving of a promotion. PERIOD! Ms./Mrs. Whitwer has impeccable customer service by going above & beyond for her customers. I overheard it with the customer prior to me. Today, I thought I was going to have a stroke or heart attack but Ms./Mrs. Whitwer quickly aided me to a resolution!!!!! After getting approval from her supervisor, my problem was dissolved in less than 5 minutes. I recommend she be promoted with pay raise, or salary increase. *Also please get her a “seating chair/stool” so she can sit down while performing phenomenal customer service. Thank you management (:

If you are shopping for a credit card look at another institution. The hold times for assistance with your cc account are awful. Usually at 30-35 mins I hang up. Funny they never ask me to fill out a survey when I've been on hold for half hour. I wonder why?

How I became a Chase Bank customer. I forgot my pin for my Debit card, except, I didn't, I just could not get it to work any longer, anywhere and my account has money in it. I went online, they can't help me other than request to mail me my pin. I requested that, never showed up after 2 weeks. I went to an office to talk to someone. I sat and I sat, I sat until the battery on my phone went dead...no one was available. Now I am sitting waiting for someone at Bank of America to pick up the phone, it has been 30 minutes so far and no one has picked up to speak to me. I think that is excessive. I think it is time for me to go to Chase, write a check and make a REALLY BIG deposit into a new Savings and checking account and call it a day. It would easier than waiting for someone to help me at either Bank of America or them to pick up a phone. The Chat Online is a joke. Oh and when I called, they kept asking me for my Debit Card password...it took at least 4 minutes for the little computer that I forgot it...or BOA is basically messed up...I am picking number two.
