Manager was very unhelpful and unprofessional. She told me my credits were pending I went down to university bank of America had no problem withdrawing my money. Hire new staff and managers please!

The reader that leads you into the ATM room after hours did not work with card or app. Customer service automated number said the wait was too long and asked for call back. BofA security number automated number just hung up on me. What a waste of time.

We are so glad to be banking with BOA! At all the branches we went to, the service was great! This location was just a block away from the Renaissance Hotel. We went there in the early morning with no appointment and the manager and staff were all very nice. They offered water and solved all the problems. Special thanks to Yashi!

I have been being charged $20.00 every time I transfer funds from savings to checking 6 or more times a month. This is how I manage my money. I put money into checking as I know I need it or a bill is coming thru. They took hundreds of dollars from me and refused to reimburse me but $20.00. The lady on the line had a smart "a" laugh and said "Yes mam, that is all you get". Crooked bank. I have been banking with BOA for 35 years. Watch out if you try to use your savings account as a savings account. Pull from it as you need it. They will take your money. Hmmmm makes sense to me. :) Unbelievable and also during Covid... seems illegal!!!! So much fraud today, I was making sure my money was safe in savings... guess not. This is to Bank of America in general, not a specific location. ALL OF THEM!
