They remodeled as a “boutique” concept…which they are not doing well at. The minute I entered I was asked if I needed help three times in a span of 10 minutes where it got to be annoying. It’s not a big showroom (and I was the only person there), the staff can easily see who has been greeted/addressed already. At this point it’s either on purpose to pressure certain people to leave or it is a sign of disorganized and untrained staff. It was off putting, but that wasn’t what made me want to post a low review. After getting a chance to look around, I saw a pair of pants on display I wanted to try. I asked who I assume was the manager (asian woman in all black) if I could try them on and she was very blunt saying they did not have my size…which is a medium or 6-8. It came off as extremely dismissive, and I felt some sort of profiling played into the attitude I received. At other “boutique” stores I have enjoyed, if they don’t have your size they’ll offer to show you a similar design that they do have in your size or some stores can order online and have it delivered . Now looking at other reviews as well as my experience, the ladies here tend to be selective on who they want to genuinely help and their sole purpose is to tell you they don’t have your size. In the end, I would say this boutique lacks class and if you go in, there’s a high chance you’ll leave feeling disappointed.

I’m not quite sure what people are talking about when they say it’s less of a shop and turned into a display room. It may seem like it’s just stuff on display but there’s actually lots of sizes and colors in the back. The customer service is awesome and the shop itself is so worth it. Definitely don’t travel to Bellevue to go to this shop because people say that this shop’s selection is bad. 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!!

This is a clothing store with no clothes! There are a total of two racks of men’s clothes with a few upscale pieces and nothing useful or practical. Don’t waste your time here. Mystifying business model from BR.

I wish they had more clothes. Now it's mostly just ugly furniture and bedding and a giant TV. Really uncomfortable and impersonal. Colonialism chic. Not on-trend in 2023.

They have like, 3 different shirts, 2 different pants, and 2 sizes between them (only a slight exaggeration). Most of the store is an experimental home goods setup and a bed takes up literally a third of the men’s section which…fine, but I’m not looking for a Pottery Barn. Go to the store in Bellevue Square for an actual clothing selection.

The service there was very poor. I don't need my hand held while I'm shopping, but they didn't acknowledge us at all when we walked in and were the only shoppers. The whole time my partner and I were looking at clothes we weren't offered assistance. I had to go up to them to ask for a different size, which they didn't have, then followed with seeking out a person to try something on, and lastly I had to ask to check out.Upon asking to check out, who I believe was the manager, told me to give him a minute and then asked a staff member to deal with me.On top of this, their inventory was the most limited i've ever seen in a store.

I rarely get to look at clothes in person as I live at least 1 1/2 hours away from the store. A young saleswoman spoke to me at least 4 different times when I was there; and by the 3rd interaction I thought ‘she wants me to leave’ . I am not sure what this was about. It was disheartening. I have been shopping at Banana Republic on and off for 20 years. I may order online but won’t return to this store.

Wife went in and no one greeted her when she walked in the store but people before her and after her were greeted and were informed of items on sale. I hope race is not the reason why no one spoke to her. University Village location in Seattle.

What is this store now? I literally have no idea. Is it a bed store or a bespoke travel agency? It’s sure not a clothing store any more, unfortunately.

Hoping to shop for their clothes? Don't bother stopping here: this is now a 'concept store' and has a very small selection of clothes and is mostly empty space. Used to enjoy browsing here so wanted to let others know! Apparently the Bellevue store is the closest if you want to shop this well-known clothing brand for their clothing selection.

This new format is super confusing. The homeware goods take up too much of the sales floor, and the items displayed are not very compelling. They appear to offer a larger foot ware collection than most stores, but if you are looking for a traditional store that sells clothes, the location in Bellevue is better.

First time I've been in the store. The associate was very nice; she went to the back to see if they had the linen shirt I was looking for (they did!).I will say, that with all the open floor space I wish they'd put a few more clothes in there (the double xl's & talls) so I wouldn't have to get them on line. I get why they do it but....

The problem i had i was in auburn washington and went to the store, it was in a mall most of the stores were open there gate was down they were standing there. I asked if I could pick up a delivery, they said no the mall is closed until 11 am but again there were plenty of people standing around were they could of just handed my package, I feel there was no customer service, i am leaving out of town cant pick up my clothes. So now they will be returned and Ill get my money back. Because of lazy employees they lost a sale.. ill only shop online for now on

This new look is like a Cuban Furniture store...very little clothing and the clothing looks like you would wear something in Miami. There was more furniture for sale than decent style of clothing. Just to look at the Pima t-shirts now they bring out 1 rack with a few shirts. Not sure the direction it's going but disappointing.
