We’ve been mail box customers of Secure Space (formally Ballard Mini Storage) for over 10 years. Been impressed with the changes that they have done since purchasing this location, as the place is definitely more “secure”. The site manager, Krystal, is all about customer service. Very attentive to details in our needs.

This is my 2nd time renting storage units here. I love the convenient location. They have a great facility with a lot of options and good pricing. They recently updated their office and upgraded their management tools. The lease signing was super fast and Krystal is very helpful. They now have an app that you can use to unlock the doors which is very convenient. Recommend this place to all those in search of a storage facility.

The new management at the Ballard facility exceeds my expectations. A seeming never-ending issue with my account was resolved quickly with Krystal in the office yesterday. She went above and beyond to make things right and even helped me move to another unit (I didn't have a lot of stuff). I definitely will park my stuff there now and in the future.

What refreshing new Manager Krystal is; compared to all the previous designated managers since Covid her new broom is sweeping this place clean! She is running a tight ship and deserves raise so that we have a consistent manager.

Krystal and her quiet but cheerful assistant were very helpful in getting my storage unit set up. I have had no problems accessing my unit and the price is reasonable for the location.
