Favorite spot for getting gifts- especially for myself ?. Different from some boutiques in Ballard, there are a ton of affordable pieces. Also, if you DO get a gift for someone else- including jewelry- they’ll give you a gift receipt so items can be returned or exchanged. Obsessed with the necklace, sunglasses and whipped eucalyptus body butter I got last time I was there.

Bought a cute looking paper clip chain. The content was mostly brass, I'm guessing. Tarnished my neck and could not be cleaned. Looks dull now and is unwearable. They have no refund policy and a very weak return policy. Cannot recommend.

I purchased a pair of Baleen earrings in February 2022 (when I saw them) for my sister the following Christmas- I thought they were perfect.When I went to pull them out of the box for Christmas this year, they were so tarnished that I had to use sterling silver cleaner to clean them. Then, when I went to put back on the provided rubber backing for the earring (for the first time), the whole earring backing post broke away from the hoop-THIS IS NOT QUALITY. I contacted customer service and they told me that I would have to buy a replacement earring. Are you FREAKING kidding me?!? Crap. Don't waste money on these and then have to deal with customer service that does not stand by its slogan "We believe quality, handmade jewelry can be affordable and responsible"They are neither quality, nor responsible.

What a lovely store! They have an extensive selection of all kinds of treasures-snacks, jewelry,skin care, candles and unique gifts. I love how they post where things are from, makes me feel a little closer to the business. On my first ever stop in yesterday the staff person working was super friendly, helpful and thanked me for stopping in. I love supporting small business, especially when they are great at what they do. I'll be back, kind of obsessed with that perfume...
